This place has gone way downhill. Not the same courteous employees as in past. They spend more time messing around than serving people. They removed the bar area for pick ups. May not
I worked in the restaurant industry for 16 years. Management and proper staffing is crucial.Service and food was great. Things came out in a timely manner for the number of staff that was working. Three employees for the morning rush is definitely not enough. One working coffee, one on the register and the third is preparing the hot food. The people here a truly amazing, the quality of everything is always top notch, they’re always very nice and helpful. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years! Although the layout isn’t the comfiest to work in it is my go to. But I’m here currently 12/5 which happens to be the half off special on Thursdays and it’s really sad to see only 4 people working.
