Waited 20 mins for 1drink. Wasn’t busy at all. One of them employed made a lame excuse something about the milk. Meanwhile I was getting coconut milk. I went up to the counter three separate times asking them why is my taking so long? Slow moving, Thoughtless employees. I go to Starbucks every day and I’ve never ever waited 20 minutes for one drink.

Ordered a cup of oleatto today and this is what a i got a greasy oily cup of who knows what. Contacted customer service and since i paid with Apple Pay they cannot validate my order since i had no receipt. Ridiculous and disgusting.

I went through the drive through and there was one person ahead of me. It took 20 minutes for me to reach the window after I placed my order. When I finally reached the window my drink wasn’t ready. I figured maybe the traffic inside the store was heavy… not at all. The staff was talking and playing around. When I finally get my drink, it was wrong…. I let them know and when I got it, I tasted it and it was nasty. First and last time coming to this Starbucks.

I ordered a triple espresso with heavy cream hot. That is my one dietary pleasure since I never eat sugar or carbs. The lady taking my order said she would instead make me a maciatto. I said no, I don't want foam.She then replied that my espresso with heavy cream would be cold. I said no thank you and walked out. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had at Starbucks.
