Friday 7:40pm. This Starbucks is supposed to close at 9pm but the employees removed all the foods, shut down lights… so if you want to get some food or drinks from the fridge at 8pm it’s impossible because they removes it. They also closed the lights for the bathrooms…. I think they want to party because it’s Friday night but they should be professional until the end of their shift.
Everything i.order.my drink, a simple venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, with no changes or specifications, I get some kind of surprise. Twice in the past month it has come in a grande sized cup. Sometimes it's without the whipped cream, not that I much care. Usually it comes without the cookie crumble topping. Tried to redeem the thursday BOGO drink offer on app, says you should be able to show barista the deal or order on the app.Wasn’t working online, so we tried to show the barista the deal, she just looked at us deadpan, shrugged her shoulders and said it wasn’t working and couldn’t help us… had to pay full price for two drinks. A big bummer when we went out of our way to go to starbucks to get the deal.
