Hello, we are Customer from almost 8 years, but yesterday I received The most poor tuna sandwich in the world, the lady serving answers me that because of The installed cameras she could not put more lettuce in my order. I live just a few feet from this restaurant, but When I arrived at home my family was in schok after my history!! Please keep the customer!!

The customer service it’s amazing; entire restaurant it’s clean including restrooms.Food was fresh and hygiene standards are high at the time handling my meal.I highly recommend this place, If I have a restaurant I would hire this team right awayVegetarian options: I love the veggie party and this is one of the few that I found it

We visited this Subway location on the way back to Miami from Shark Valley and surprised by the lower rating of this location. Our experience was all positive. The location was very clean and well-maintained. A large banner reads "new management; $8.99 combo daily special!! Buy 2 foot longs, get 3rd free!" (As of 6/16/23). For our larger family, this was a welcome, money-saving surprise. The workers were very friendly. The entire experience was great. Don't let the bad reviews deceive you! (Maybe the new management is doing better?)

Horible service the lady that works in the night is super rude i went live and kids. I ask her for two subs and a pizza when I paid I asked her if she was charging me the correct price for two combos because my bill came up to almost $40. She said yes then I asked her about the free special there was a sign hanging on the wall that said when you buy two subs combo you receive one free, she said she couldn’t do it with a really mean nasty attitude she looked like she didn’t want to work or help anybody that is very unprofessional and I consider someone getting back to me and request for this service. Thank you.

Portions are ridiculously small. 9.50$ for a sub with barely any chicken in it. I asked for a bit more cheese too and was told it will cost extra...zero value whatsoever. Compare that to a sub from Publix or Jersey Mike's that are filled to the brim with fillings. Employees were friendly though.

OMG!!TERRIBLE!!!!!I'd just order 2 breakfast wrap, and what I'd get was an egg wrapping in a tortilla!!! One was supposed to have egg, cheese, meet and it only has egg,and the other one was supposed to have egg,beacon and cheese,and just had an egg!!!???Paid $30,and the worse part was that as soon as I'd opened both wrap,and i saw how was it,I'd call, many many timrs, and still waiting for someone to answer the phone!!!!!Don't get it,I have COVID,I can't go to the place personally to let them know!!!!

The employees are great and welcoming but the owners are bit cheap here. They portion control the food and they make really small subs. The only reason I’m giving it three stars is because the employees are really nice, but portions are actually pretty bad. I hope for $12 a sub I get more than a grand total of 11 small pieces of grilled chicken (and yes I counted because I was actually shocked). Leave a tip to the employees though, very kind and funny people!
This subway is awesome. Amazing service, great handling of food, nice people, overall great experience. 100% recommended

Inaccurate business hours and rude employees.Online, hours say they close everyday at 10pm.Store sign says 11pm.Got here at 9:15pm on a Wednesday and the employee had already locked and said they were closed. Don't recommend bringing business to this Subway.
