I have been coming to this Subway for years and I have never had a problem until what happened to me there today. I walked inside of this store forgetting that I left my wallet in my house, and when my order was cancelled to buy soda, as I ...explained to the employee what happened, the manager with the description of wearing all Black clothes like "Gargamel" from Smurfs with glasses and an ugly bald head, he quickly interrupted my laughing with the employee. I returned to the store about 10 minutes later to ask the employee if I could please ...sit down at their table to wait for my taxi so that I didn't have to STAND outside as I was doing, ...and I sat there talking on my phone which offended the manager. OUT OF NOWHERE this bald manager yelled at me and told ...me about me being loud, AFTER EVERYBODY LEFT to try to start drama and fire me up with his sarcasm. This same bald manager had no kind of sympathy or respect or humane feelings towards me whatsoever in the middle of this entire thing ...even after my phone fell on the floor because he made me nervous yelling, ...and then this bald man viciously HATEFULLY yelled at me chasing me out of the Subway front door calling me a "stupid fucking bitch", ...and using profanity at me MULTIPLE times again and again which made me feel extremely nervous and intimidated. This bald manager treated me like I was homeless, and he also threatened me with police. ...I ACTUALLY thought this manager man was capable of striking me physically on my way out the front door. It was hard enough for me to have WALKED all the way from Shenandoah Library to this store hoping to buy something to drink because I was so thirsty. The actual young male employee with the dark hair and beard working behind the counter was also unkind to have been purposely SLAMMING dishes behind the ...counter as he hatefully glared at the manager due to my presence which made me have to raise my voice on my phone to be heard. How awful for this greedy manager to have treated me this way around CHRISTMAS even with police, to not even HAVE THE BALLS TO BE A "MAN", and offer me some complimentary soda. Several complaints have been filed against both of these imbeciles working here today by ME, ..because today they made a huge mistake by FINALLY running into the wrong one. Local police has been contacted about this by ME instead, and the report number is: LM123121300474092

I like my subs loaded with veggies they were the complete opposite the tuna was good they were done super fast but very unhappy with the amount of veggies in them

Pretty standard Subway restaurant. I've come here twice, once to stand in line and order, and on another occasion I'd created my order and pre-paid via their website and just had to come here and grab my subs from the "to go" rack. Uneventful both times and the service and the food were both fine.The only slight downside to this location is that it doesn't have an attached parking lot. Only "Park by Phone" streetside parking or the pay garage above this restaurant are available. At one time you could easily get away with parking on the street in this more quiet section of Coral Way long enough to run into one of the restaurants, but since the City of Miami greatly increased their ticket prices for parking violations, sometimes the parking attendants come through this area multiple times per day.

On April 11, 2021 at approximately 6:30pm, I order a sandwich and cookie from the app. Unfortunately, it was not until I received the confirmation email that I realize that the order was sent to the wrong shop. I immediately opened the app, and tried to cancel the order and no where on the app. could the order be cancelled. As to not waste time I called the restaurant and no one would answer the telephone. I called no less than 10 times and let it ring at least 20 times. Finally, after about 15 minutes of insistence a lady answered the phone and when I gave her my name all she said was it is ready. I tried several times to explained that the order went to the wrong restaurant and all she would say was, "I cannot return your money" , "I cannot return your money". Even though I tried to explain that I tried to cancel and it would not allow me to, she kept saying, "I cannot return the money". At one point she said call my boss, tomorrow, no Wednesday before 11:00am. Conclusion, it is $10.00 order but how many other people have had the same issue and just accepted the fact that they lost $10.00. That is why Subway is the conglomerate and I just a simple consumer that has lost my hard worked $10.00. Definitely these franchises need more training with customer service skills and the app as well as the website needs to be revised to be able to cancel orders. Then again this is probably where Subway makes the easy money.Before hitting order on any app make sure you have everything correct, because in today society the customer always losses.Extremely Disappointed Customer.

Ants! There was Ants in the food. That's all I'm gonna say.when I pointed it out to the owner, he said oh yeah. And just swiped the ants off.

There are people just hanging out not buying anything and just making noise like an after school program.Bathroom is locked with an out of order sign,customers have to use the bathroom at a restaurant down the block.Dont know how the city allows this Subway to operate in such a condition.You really have to do the math when you get your receipt and make sure everything adds up.

Not sure what more I can say except this a regular Subway. Like seriously ? How can you mess it up. I always get the tuna with all the veggies, chipotle mayo and Mexican blend cheese on Italian bread. This is my favorite place to go when I'm craving a great sandwhich and don't have time to stop by Samdwhicherie. They are greatly priced, fast, convenient and the taste is amazing. I am not sure I'll be coming here anymore after their tuna and bread accusations but if subway can get this sorted out, I'd gladly come back without having to be wasted. I loved the taste despite it being fake or not.

always good value for the price, can't go wrong with a meal of the day promo, this location is usually clean and has a lot of traffic so ingredients are freshly rotated, 4 stars because of the franchisee owner being a little rough to his staff in front of customers

The guy making me sandwich literally slapped everything on the sub a tuna sub Then when I told him light mayo He practically squirted the whole bottle... in clumps 3 times I told him yo that's it N he gave no fucks For such a gentrified place Should give better service cuz I woulda expect at least just a regular sandwich like cmon it's not that hard to not be a half a** all the time

I rate this place a 2 out of 5 because they had lettuce that was going bad and I asked for fresh lettuce because Subway promotes the “EAT FRESH” slogan and the lady told me that no she didn’t have and the worst part was that she said the rest of the lettuce in the back was the same meaning they needed to get rid of it but were continuing to use it for the previous orders and future ones too. I also didn’t get good customer service because she wasn’t even paying attention to what she was doing because she automatically placed tuna on the bread without asking what we wanted and we had to tell her that we didn’t ask for tuna.
