I went to have dinner at 8:00 pm and there was only one employee who could not take my order because she doesn't understand a word of English. A person without the basic communication skills for the country where she lives is not qualified to work with public. Why does the company leave the store in charge of an incompetent person?

I have ordered extra meat two times now on my doordash order and both times they charge and do not give. Try to call and they go straight to voicemail so obviously they do not care.

Don’t order here, especially online, unless you want to receive a sandwich completely different from what you ordered. I have ordered 4 sandwiches for my wife and I between yesterday and today, and all 4 of them have been incorrect. Yesterday was only a slight inconvenience which I just accepted, but today they put many sauces I never asked for, and got the type of bread wrong on every sandwich. Some toppings were missing as well. I asked for my sandwich to be replaced, and they did it reluctantly. When I received the new sandwich, it still had the type of bread wrong. I’m never ordering from here again, which is a shame because I really love subways. So far, 3 of the workers (2 male 1 female) have been unpleasant. I was also served a bottle of soda which wasn’t refrigerated and warm, and I had to get myself one from the fridge and leave the warm one.

Just went in to buy lunch I noticed the guy behind the counter making sandwiches with out wearing a mask ,while all customers including my family were all wearing one ,when I questioned him on why no mask he very sarcastically replied he wore it once in a while when ever he wanted. He has to be the RUDEST person in a business, restaurant etc. I've ever run across, and I'm old! My family and I left premises . WOW WOW WOW!!!!

Just ordered from Grub Hub, Subways royally messed up the order, only thing they got correct was the chips, and I opened the bag just in case, the sandwich was all over the place, the cookies were oatmeal not chocolate chip, first and last time I order anything from this Subway’s

Yesterday I arrived at 8:40pm with a customer eating inside only to find the employee had closed the business. On a previous day an employee stated they close at 10pm. The door stated closing hours of 10pm. My business is going else where.

This is the WORST SUBWAY LOCATION I HAVE EVER WALKED INTO, LUIS WAS THE WORST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!!You can tell when someone wants to work and when someone just wants to run the clock and that’s exactly what he was doing with absolutely no regards to customers needs. To make matters worse after waiting 30 mins just to place an order he made the worst wrap, it broke apart the minute I bit into it !DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS SUBWAY LOCATION!!!

The employee luis was extremely rude to me. I was ordering my food but I speak in a natural soft voice. He had trouble hearing me but another customer next to me heard me perfectly fine and told him what toppings to add to my sandwich. Then the employee Luis started fussing at me for no reason because I have a soft speaking voice and I questioned him are you yelling at me for the sound of my voice. He snatched my food and threw it away. I guarantee if I was a non black woman I would have received better treatment. And yes I was the only black woman in the store. I will keep calling and posting about this store until LOUS is fired
