I really think they should do an inspection of the measurements they serve in the sandwiches, I think they are violating the measurements of a franchise, I describe what the employees of this place are doing as a theft, I don't know if the administration will be aware but all the Measurements are low in proportion, in addition to the fact that the service is terrible and the delay is not worth mentioning, even my son who is 14 years old realized today that they had sent him everything very limited and low in quantities, terrible service and the quality of what he received was terrible. Unfortunately I don't have anything good to write about this place, terrible service, there is no interest in making something that looks appetizing, while we were waiting and the store was full one of the employees was sweeping the place and the other took forever to serve the customer who I had in front of me.... At this particular subway location, it is essential to have more than one sandwich artist present during dinner time. A single employee struggling to handle the workload is not acceptable. The consistent issue of only one staff member on duty during dinner service makes the customer experience unfavorable. It is unclear why the owner has not addressed this issue, whether it is a cost-saving measure, overburdening a single employee, or sheer greed. The lack of adequate staffing during peak hours is simply unacceptable. If this problem persists, contacting Subway Corporation will be necessary. This situation needs to be rectified promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

If you really want to taste a BAD experience visit this Subway, the last one is that you can't see any kind of meat of the ones they have, you can't see the ham, you can't see the chicken, you can't see the cheese, you can't see anything because they have a huge metal lid where there is no access to see anything, You have to ask as if you knew from a lifetime what they sell without seeing any of the products, I asked for a salad from the girl who served me with a long braid, I ask her please that if I You can bite or break the spinach leaves with your hands since they were huge and he tells me that it can't be that the The only thing I could bite was the tomato, I made the decision to retire and not buy and even though I live so close to this Subway I know that I won't visit it again. They don't offer cups for water even though they have city water flowing through the soda machine the lady said you have to buy a cup for Dade County's finest. That's horrible management.

If I don’t want chicken or bacon in my sandwich, how does it make any sense to have to pay for it? One could argue that it’s limited to only certain items, but I would argue that if you have policies in place, the customer should be made aware of them with signs that indicate as such, if not charging for any item, not asked for is plain robbery which will end up in the inevitable demise of this branch and subway. If this continues I only wrote as much because this was my last straw with Subway.

I visit this Subway at least once a week for lunch and for about the last month of my visits, there has been no air conditioning. The heat is absolutely unbearable and it is unacceptable for customers to have to be waiting and eating in these conditions let alone allowing workers to work in these conditions. The temperature outside is averaging about 90 to 100 degrees along with heat warnings everyday and you can only imagine what that feels like inside a closed space with no air filtration. Along with the feeling of this heat, the safety of the food is also highly concerning due to the heat which could be causing food contamination and possible health issues to customers consuming the food.
