Very bad experience with care. I arrived and the girl was serving a client, it took a long time. When I finished with her she didn't speak to me or make eye contact. He simply started to place an order and when he saw that he didn't attend to me I told him if he could attend to me because there was no one else in the store. To which he told me that I had to get an Uber order first. Something absurd because I was alone in the store. When the Uber man arrived he didn't have to wait because they were already assisting him. I ask him what size the order is to see if he was expecting it and he tells me that it was two very large sandwiches and that it was going to take a while. I told him that it was in very bad taste that, being first, he left me last, to which he responded, “Come in the morning and talk to the owner.” I left the store and shopped at the Chinese restaurant in less than 5 minutes. But I will never return to this subway. Very bad attention!!!

The guy that works at this Subway didn't what to sell me a churro because there was none, he was mad because I asked him if there was someone else to help me because he was looking at a cell phone for awhile and he didn't acknowledge me that I was waiting. Very unprofessional. My friend put an order for churro and it was approved, so the guy that works there told me there was none , he lied.

Bad service with an empty place, the cold tortilla was not even heated and the chicken was the same, the two boys were only on their cell phones. Sunday April 30 2.30 pmIt has lost a lot in quality. Don't come on weekends

It is so sad that it is so very difficult to get a good meal here. I came to this location because it is walking distance from work, next time I will drive to Quiznos.Asked for one of the salads from the menu. First words out of the young man taking my order's mouth, "do you speak Spanish?". I do, so I switched. My speaking in Spanish did not help him. He had no idea how to make the salad or how to do what I requested. I had to ask for more spinach twice and explain that as this is a salad and my entire lunch (there is no bread) I kind of need extra spinach as a base. When I asked for the veggies to be chopped, he literally just cut tomatoes in half and tossed on top of salad. This went on with meat. Eventually, I gave up and just asked for a plate so that I could just chop my own salad. Apparently, one can not do that. He told me he couldn't give me a second plate/bowl. This was confirmed by another employee as it would "look like we sold a salad that we did not sell. The plates are counted." WOW, if that is true, I feel sorry for them.Ultimately, I say stay away from this place. Do have to say that both employees were nice to me, just incompetent.

Terrible service, the orders are not there when you arrive to look for them, they are incomplete, you ask for the toasted footlong and they give it to you cold, I don't know why the managers don't take action with this

To the owner: What time do you close? The door says 10:00 p.m. I arrived at 9:37 p.m. tonight, wednesday, August 31, and as I walked up I can see a guy in there and 2 white garbage bags right inside the front door like they are closed. I checked the door and it was locked. The guy didn't look this way. I have been there at the same time in the past few months and it was open. I called the store and no answer and I don't see a phone # on the door to call a manager, so I'm writing this here. I then look at the maps application on my cell and it says you close at 9:00 p.m. did you change your hours recently? Because if you did, please change it on the door. Another thing, there were two ladies working around mid July that when I got there at 9:40 pm they had the door locked and we knocked as we could see them. They opened it and said some reason and at 9:50 when they charged me they said I couldn't eat in there because it was too late and that I might not be done eating by 10 pm....There used to be a nice man that when I came in at 9:40 told me to take my time because he had to work past 10 anyways. Also, consider making the employees wear a mask so that they don't talk over the food so much. Today the guy, with no mask, talked over my sandwich very close to it while reaching to the back of the vegetables, this talking inches over the vegetables, and was there a while. I wonder how often he does that. Also, if I tell you what I want on the sandwich, why do you repeat what I say each time and ask me again like you weren't listening. I said I wanted it toasted to avoid being asked and he asked. I think he suspected I didn't want him to talk over it because I said something to my boyfriend and then it seemed he talked more. Every little thing..he asked and would reply yes after stating what vegetable to put.

First of all I saw an ant crawling on the bread when she took it out of the oven when she first begins to make the sandwich and I ignored it and then I saw ants marching up and down the soda fountain and I was grossed out but I sat down and I noticed the table was dirty but I continued to give the benefit of the doubt and then I took a sip of my soda and noticed a big a** bug in my cup and that's when I decided to leave. The place is filthy I do not recommend going in there. I only was able to capture the ants on the wall because I was to grossed out to stay
