The worst experience!! Badly packaged sushi, rotten avocado in the rolls, raw banana in others! The poor quality and rude attention from the super intransigent telephone operator and in the end she calls me ignorant and they think that we are idiots who should eat Garbage!! A disappointment after 3 years as a customer, throwing them away due to a bad employee and bad service in such a delicate meal! ?

Been ordering from this place for years. Decided to try their Chinese items. Asked the guy on the phone what variety he has of fried rice. Unbeknownst to me he only gives us 2 of them, though he has a menu in front of his face most likely. I place the order call back 5 minutes later after seeing online they have a vegetable option, refuses to change the order for me says it was already prepared... prepare in 5 minutes right... he must have meant reheated... then says let me go talk to a manager up until this point had only spoken English with the guy, and then I get the special treat of listening to him complain about us in Spanish to his "manager" saying outright lies and making dumb claims such as we had asked the price for everything on the menu etc, all I wanted was the guy to substitute a meat item for a vegetable one. When he came back on the phone I explained that we speak spanish, and if was going to be dumb enough to trash talk a customer he should at least put the phone on HOLD not just place the receiver down... called back trying to speak to a manager they tell me to call and hour later called an hour later they tell me to call back in another hour.They lost a customer who has been ordering prepandemic for no reason other than to be rude to me and my wife.Vegetarian options: Staff was very rude regarding vegetarian substitutions.

I ordered a sushi and a Mongolian, after waiting more than 35 minutes the Mongolian beef was not ready, but the worst thing came, I had to go to the counter and the girl told me in a very bad way that if I wanted it to take away or my table because the dish was ready…. After 10 more minutes they brought the Mongolian dish to take away, meaning it wasn't ready either.Bad service, bad answer.
