I ordered take out and when I got home they forgot my roll. Then when I called they told me they don't do refunds that I have to contact door dash. No bueno!

It was a Thursday evening, and I ordered a simple chicken and rice and desert to go. I was told it would take 20 minutes, after an hour still no food. People come in, sit down, and ordered. They ate and left while I am still waiting. It is now 1hour and 20 minutes.i ask for a manager and no manager. This was one of my favorite spots, but this was unacceptable. The ladies in the front are always pleasant and helpful.

Great food and service. Ordered through Uber Eats for pick up. Food was prepared fairly quickly with minimal wait when I went to pick up. Had the Rock Star Roll and steak fried rice. Both were very good and also had the Thai donuts which were good as well.

Arrived at restaurant at 1:15PM was able to place order immediately. Person who took my order was nice and told me food would be ready in 15 min. I thought that was really fast for sushi but ok went to car and gave 25 min before going back inside. Once I did there is where everything went crazy. Food was not ready no one was attentive to customers coming in. My food was not ready and appeared they didn't even start. There was someone else who came in after me who received his order before me. After several times of asking I finally got my order at 2:10 pm almost an hour. Am not happy with this service at all. The sad part the restaurant was not full maybe 7 tables were being occupied by individuals eating at the restaurant.

I drove all the way from homestead because I was told they were open when I called , just to get sent back home because the kitchen was closed half and hour before closing time ….If you come here make sure you come atleast 2 hours before closing time the employees will tell you come and the manager will tell you it’s closed .

The service was not good, the waiters were busy, there were 4 of us, they had not served me my order and they already wanted to lift the plates, the restaurant was almost empty, and they closed in 3 hours.... The dish I ordered arrived 20 minutes after the the rest. I hadn't finished dinner and they brought me the ticket. I do not recommend this location
