Horrible customer service disgusting attitude towards customers after they messed up slamming the food and cooking equipment out of frustration absolute kids who work here also waited 5 business days to receive my food and after all the waiting food was absolutely disgustingly cold and soggy DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

This place gave me terrible food poisoning that lasted well over a day and a half. All thanks to rolled chicken tacos that were very obviously old and stale.

Absolutely the food was cold. The service was ok. And the ambiance was okay. I'm not sure if they just gave me cold food or the warmer don't work. Beans/ refried beans cold, tortilla and chalupa weren't warm. So that's just what was the bummer because I love Taco Bell.

The food made me have the fattest most juiciest s*** ever it was so damn liquidy it felt like Niagara Falls and I was on the toilet for so long I had to go to the E.R and get a colonoscopy and when the doctors asked they said they had the same reaction. And my 92 year old grandpa had a Mexican pizza and after he had a heart attack and a stroke and died in the middle of a Taco Bell. I would definitely come back. Amazing experience!!!

******BEWARE OF TACO BELL #031630****Disclaimer: There was nothing wrong with the food. My concern is the following. When I got home I looked at my receipt and noticed a donation round-up charge of 39 cents. I reviewed the receipt and saw info about the Taco Bell foundation and figured that’s what it was for. My issue is I WAS NOT ASKED IF I WANTED TO MAKE THE DONATION!!! How dare you it’s to charge me for something I DID NOT approve. It is not the 39 cents it is the principle and the intent.I called and spoke to the store manager on duty and he apologized and said he would speak to his employee. The funny thing is I spoke to Walter (the manager) and the name of the cashier is also Walter; coincidence?!?! Would this be considered credit card fraud???Regardless, I will be calling corporate and complaining, not about of the THIRTY-NINE CENTS but about the sneaky way they projected themselves..

Service was good and food also, except for the fact that there were two girls, employees of the place on the back talking loudly and dropping F bombs left and right. No manners whatsoever considering you have clients present!

No one was answering the speaker and when we continued through the drive through we saw a woman basically hiding from the window to take the orders. They made us wait almost an hour in our car waisting gas. This was ridiculous and outrageous. I would not like to experience this again. Especially as a hungry pregnant woman.
