They have a new system. No more cashier. You have to order your food in a computer at the lobby, very complicated, a lot of back and forth,I'm 78 and computer ignorant,this is not for me, I believe we should have the option,so I just found another nice place for my lunch,just around the corner.

Carmen the drive-thru cashier was rude. My family and I ordered a Supreme Party Pack with half-hard tacos supreme and soft taco supreme. She ended up giving us all soft taco supreme. I ended up doing the Taco Bell survey review.

You MUST use a kiosk to place your order for food. I absolutely hate using those things. I don't work there, I came in to the counter to place my order there. The rice kernels were hard enough to crack a tooth. I won't be back.

Taco Bell needs to go out of business. Just got two "supreme" crunchy tacos which were nothing more than the regular tacos with a little sour cream. And as usual - FOOD IS COLD. Do employees not realize this? Do MANAGERS not care about serving customers COLD food? Terrible. Reminded why I don't eat here.

I recently visited this Taco Bell, and my experience left much to be desired. First and foremost, their drinks machine was out of order, and what's worse, there was no display indicating this issue. This lack of communication was frustrating.Additionally, I found that most of the workers primarily spoke Spanish, which made it challenging to convey my order accurately. It took multiple attempts, speaking with three different people, just to get my order corrected. Even though I placed my order through the kiosk, which should have ensured accuracy, Taco Bell still managed to get my order wrong. This added to the overall disappointment of my visit.To make matters worse, despite requesting no ice in my drink using Google Translate, they still added ice. This disregard for customer preferences was disappointing.Overall, my visit to Taco Bell was marred by several frustrating experiences, from the malfunctioning drinks machine to communication issues and order accuracy problems.
