We never write reviews about negative experiences but this restaurant deserves it. We asked for a vuelve a la vida( chopped seafood) they brought leche de tigre(chopped fish). I asked twice for the actual item and showed the fish chunks to the server. Two servers consulted the manager, nothing happened. Very disappointing. Never again Taipa.Replying the answer to my review. This was my second time visiting the restaurant, I went based in my previous satisfaction with the same order.I asked the server twice for the correct order and showed her it only contained fish (must be swai, the cheapest, I don’t like fish) the description of the plate said it’s chopped seafood, not only fish. The server both times told me she was going to consult the manager, she never came back with an answer, the same happened with a second server.I was hungry, my husband offered me the seafood from his ceviche and I gave him my plate. You did nothing but make us waste time and your business lost costumers. At the end when we asked for the bill you offered what we didn’t go to consume (desserts) and took 1/2 of the cost of the plate($6.50) Its ridiculous. You had the opportunity 3 times to fix it. Don’t justify your business mediocrity. We left the proper tip to the server because she did it correctly. This review is for the business management.

Wonderful Peruvian restaurant. We tried a steak and an octopus dish (pictured). The food was delicious by virtue of high quality ingredients and skilled preparation. The presentation was great too and the staff who appeared to be the owners were friendly and knowledgeable.I gave the atmosphere 4 instead of five stars only because the strip mall in which it is located is not very inviting. The restaurant itself is a welcoming but simple and unpretentious eatery, which are not necessarily bad things but do fall shy of the fifth star.

Very little protein for such an expensive plate.... to answer you... If you see the price range of how much I paid, I stated from 20-30, meaning it couldn't have been the chicken. With this being Said, I got the steak lomo saltado, which I've had better quality meat in othere places.3rd response... I don't care about your receipt, I have it in my bank statement. Se lo digo en espanol porque parece que no entendio. Me compre un un LOMO saltado osea de CARNE no de POLLO! by lying to your customers you're definitely not going to make your restaurant better, so I would advise you to focus more on the restaurant and make sure the quality reflects on what we as customers are paying for. Definetly, Never eating here again

The only reason why I don't give them 5 stars, is because for delivery they don't serve the same quantity.

Ordered picarones and alfajores, people please go somewhere else. What a dissapointment. I knew it would not be good when I asked the girls working the counter if these were authentic picarones and they laughed. Just a little advice to this place, stick to what you know and you do not know how to make REAL picarones. SAD!!
