I Absolutely LOVE Capital Grille one of my favorite fine dining. The staff is great in every area, if you looking for a nice dining Capital Grille is where the comfort stands and you will not be disappointed! Downtown Chicago is the best location thus far.

The Capital continues to be a temple of quality in its cuts of meat and its extensive wine list. They offered us a Wagyu cut that was the chef's specialty, and I recommend that you order it or ask about this cut, its flavor and juiciness are worthy of the restaurant, returning to this restaurant is always an excellent experience, in addition to its friendly service they make it a very pleasant night.

Ate here in in January 2024, have been here numerous times in past 20 plus years and service has diminished! Our champagne was warm and when waiter popped it open it spilled quit a bit due to being hot and he actually mentioned that it happens when it’s not at drinking temp. For a restaurant of this category and status to have hot undrinkable champagne or any wine/ beverage is unacceptable. We awaited very long time for it to chill to temp by then our appetizer had arrived and were consumed without our drink of choice and our meal arrived and still to warm to consume but we drank it otherwise it would’ve be all night waiting. Staff was ok not great and waited service was slow considering we had bottle water in any case too long for water. Steak overcooked. Meal ok not great. Fish ok not excellent. Just ok and to be honest for this price just ok is not acceptable. Service needs to improve. And so does the good. It’s just ok and for just ok I’ll go elsewhere to stay home and cater a diner. Restaurants will lose customers if the service and food continue to diminish is quality.

I love this restaurant in Miami. The meat is very good, a typical traditional restaurant where you will always go. Excellent attention from all the waiters, good drinks, good wines. If you like Bloddy Mary, you'll get the best one here. HeClam Chowder is championship. The truth is, everything is very good. And it still has normal prices. It's not cheap but it's not over the top. BE CAREFUL, ask for a reservation and you don't have to wear a tie but it's not shorts and a t-shirt.

This is a chain restaurant but it’s pretty consistent in quality and it’s a reliable standby when I am on business travel. I was in Downtown Miami on a work trip and stopped here for lunch since it’s close to my office. The service was quick and prompt, it wasn’t very busy. I had the lobster and crab cake which was good and what I usually order.
