After years of coming to what was my favorite place for a drink, food and vibes today I was asked to leave the rooftop and not finish a drink I purchase in the bar downstairs by Becca because I didn’t purchase the drink in the upstairs bar. Very disappointed with the passive aggressive customer service from this woman. I will not be back nor refer anyone else to this venue

Interesting food hall venue and a really cool roof top sitting area. Our waiter was a bit off and kept coming back regarding sold out menu items. Finally he told us the menu is old and needs to be updated. Including beer choices. Still worth a visit to sit atop at the roof bar on a cool, sunny Sunday afternoon.

I came to the roof for happy hour. I was only given a happy hour menu and ordered a margarita which was priced at $8. I was charged $20 per drink because I didn’t specify the “happy hour” margarita. This type of service feels sketchy and will prevent me from returning.
Sammy was an excellent server who was super kind and personable! This place also had great food and highly recommend the Krab Roll. Great atmosphere on the deck and appreciated the good service.

Dinner was gastronomical. Rooftop views and the cool wind breeze paired perfectly with my coconut martini. Amazing selection for happy hour and beautiful attendance from a knowledgeable and friendly server, Samy! Out of all the amazing things to love about this place, the service tied it all together and was the cherry on the ice cream! Which he recommended to try from Frice, just one of the amazing food spots at the Citadel 10/10 would recommend. Go see SAMY

This was mine and my fiances first time experiencing Citadel's rooftop. My fiancé made reservations for Valentines Day and it was such a wonderful experience.Freddy took really good care of us and recommended food items from the variety of options in the food hall downstairs that were SO good. We started off with a spicy marg and tequila redbull that we loved. As for food, we first had small plates of the bang bang shrimp, tuna crispy rice, and jerk chicken that were all really good. We also shared the gnocchi gorgonzola pasta that was a top favorite. We then finished the evening off with a tasty Teramisu.The atmosphere was spot on with dj they had that evening. He had us loving every mix he played back to back. We can't wait to go back! We will definitely be asking for Freddy too.
