I'm genuinely conflicted as I write this review because, while the food and service at this location are usually commendable, there is a significant issue that has prompted my low rating. This problem centers around an employee named Tiffany S., whose behavior has consistently been unacceptable. Our first unpleasant encounter with Tiffany occurred in 2023. When I tried to correct a mistake in my order, she responded with visible irritation and shouted, "WHAT YUH SEH YUH WANT" in a manner that was not only disrespectful but also unprofessional given that she appeared quite young, perhaps no older than 22. Her attitude worsened as she walked off before I could clarify my order. This incident was not isolated; another customer expressed similar complaints to the supervisor at the same time, indicating a pattern of rudeness.Despite giving the restaurant a break, we returned a few months later, hoping for a better experience. However, Tiffany was still there, and her service had not improved. She delayed taking our order and repeatedly claimed she couldn't hear us, despite us speaking clearly. The order was still wrong when we collected our food.On April 5th, another visit mirrored the previous ones. Tiffany took an excessively long time to acknowledge us at the drive-thru and was visibly hostile. This time, my wife placed the order, and despite her clear articulation, Tiffany repeatedly asked her to repeat herself in a condescending tone. At the window, Tiffany's demeanor was cold, and she completely ignored our attempts to correct an erroneous order.Ultimately, we insisted on a refund as the order was not only wrong but also included items we didn't request. Tiffany's response was dismissive and uncooperative until she reluctantly processed the refund. As long as Tiffany S. is employed at this location, I regret to say that we will not be returning. Her continued presence on the staff, despite these ongoing issues, is bewildering and suggests a lack of appropriate managerial action. I hope this feedback is taken seriously as a call for necessary changes.

I frequent this spot. The all day lunch special is undefeated. The quality of the food is always good. The drive thru is much longer than just walking inside to order your food.Otherwise, the overall experience is always good!Juss go deh man! ??

My husband and I visited here for the 1st time today. I was a little confused when I entered and didn't see a posted menu, but the staff happily directed me to a QR code posted on the window. The staff was so friendly and pleasant, they really made me feel welcomed.I ordered the Brown Stew Chicken with Rice + Peas and Plantains. They had just taken out a new pan of chicken so my food was very fresh and infused with truly authentic Jamaican flavor. It was delicious. My husband's Jerk Pork definitely resembled traditional jerk flavors, but it lacked that classic grill flavor. My husband said they probably make it in the oven. He got Oxtail Gravy on his rice and said it tasted authentic, not very greasy so he intends to try the Oxtail next time we come.We each ordered a festival and I was pleasantly surprised by how chunky the portion was. My Jamaican husband said it was definitely made from scratch, not the pre-packaged stuff.Overall, a great experience.

Discriminated by the staff. Mini, Small, and Large sizes. Sizes are small, medium, and large. Prices are too high. Staff moves too slow. With a line wrapped around the building. To add insult to injury there was too much salt in my food.

The food is great. So the only reason I gave it a 3 star is service and organization and a lack of an easily seen menu near the service area. The servers , are impatient and don’t care to explain anything to newbies. They are impatient because lines are long due probably to a poorly set up food service set up. So the servers aim is to get rid of you as soon as they can. Understandable but not desirable. No diet soft drinks at all if you are a diabetic it is water for you!Sitting area is adequate and clean. Again food is first rate once you get the hang of what to order on your own.Cost is reasonable but by no means on the inexpensive side. But reasonable it is vis a vis the great quality.Over all a good choice .

I love their food and will always come here, but they move like molasses. The line barely moves because they prepare each dish in slow motion and constantly walk away. There's no order, no urgency, no consistency. At least this location usually has what I want, as the closer one in Pines is always out of something I want. This time, however, they didn't have plantains. I was sad about that. Customer service isn't horrible and they have good deals. I'll continue to eat from here, but just wish they could put a little pep in their step.

Used drive thru, expect long wait times. Food was good. Purchased the mini plates. I enjoyed Brown stew and fried chicken the most along with the slaw served on the side. If you want something specific (a drink) the cashier just replaced it with what she wanted instead of telling me they were out of the one I ordered. Came twice will come again and try other menu items.
