I've only been do this one once before. I'm often in the Miami Airport area as I'm a limo driver. I got an email offer for a free shake with purchase. So I downloaded the App for the first time..Their offers are usually lousy. I ordered the Santa Barbara Char and green bean fries with the chocolate shake. Honestly, the burger was not how I remember it. Didn't taste good or fresh. Green Beans were okay . Shake was good but that burger was a no no.

I love going there and seeing that they always have different burger options to try. I loved the teriyaqui one. The only thing this time was that the drinks that I loved there were very watered down and the flavor wasn't noticeable like other times and when I got to the cashier it was alone and I had to wait a while for someone to come and serve me and they saw me and didn't say anything. Wait a moment and we will attend to you. We don't even know how to apologize for the long wait to attend. Be careful, that has never happened to me there, it is not usual for them. Otherwise everything else excellent 100%

The last time my family or I, will ever visit this store thanks to Elda, the "District Manager." I purchased food as well as an Oreo Milkshake. I paid extra money for extra oreo in my shake. My shake was made to about half the cup was filled and needed a little more soft ice cream. When I approached the employee about it(employee's are nice) Elda the district manager jumped in and said to me thats how they come. Not even knowing I paid extra for my shake. Did not even ask whats wrong. Very Rude! told me to basically screw off and repeated to me "Im the district manager" if you don't like it to bad. Like if she was a King of some sort. She is repugnant, awful, and disgusting - abusive, abuse of power. Has no understanding of how to treat a customer. I feel bad for the employees; you can tell they are on edge with her being there. And I know cause I go there almost every day, they know me there. Elda needs to be fired. My recommendation - don't visit this store anymore. Go somewhere else. We spend good money there and to be mistreated like that. She acts like that for a small thing like a milkshake. She should be embarrassed.
The best lettuce grill chicken burguer!! A lot of lettuce with a perfect cooked piece of chicken!! Manager is very helpful, and the rest of the team too!! I fully recommend this place!!!
