My family and I had a “blow-away” customer experience visiting The Juicy Bubbles Miami. The owner was very friendly and went over and beyond to give us a memorable experience. I was disappointed when I received a milk tea that looked nothing like the one advertised online. Instead of the advertised brown color with milk, the drink I received was a bright orange and tasted awful. I went back to the store to exchange it, but was left waiting for almost 20 minutes to see if the manager would approve the exchange. Unfortunately, nothing happened by the end of the day, and I was forced to stay with my unpleasant drink. This experience left me frustrated with the poor customer service.
