I way I could have enjoy my order. We were only 3 guests inside and 2 employees. The cashier tooo my order and told me to go sit down and wait. After 5 minutes, a lots of guests start coming in and Instead of helping her co worker to do the first 3 orders, she just kept taking order and look not organize at all. She just stand there looking at her co worker overwhelmed with orders.It was a simple chocolate ice cream small cone….. I left after 10 minutes. Without my order. I paid for nothing.Will never go back there.

Never again. The ice cream too sweet. The snicker doodle doughs toppings were stale and old. The vanilla ice cream was lacking vanilla. The parleys and cream too sweet. Overall, the ice cream was horrible would not return do not recommend.

We ordered the 'No Milk?' Sundae only for the girl behind the counter to hand us the 'Cookies and Milk' instead. It somehow took 20 minutes to receive the $22 order, which we didn't realize was not dairy-free (via the receipt) until after having eaten half...

Very delicious!! We got the Cookie Monster and Strawberries & Cream Cheesecake from the specialty milkshakes & sundaes category. There are even sinks to wash and keep the mason jars! Also, the staff was super attentive and friendly.
I got sick from there shake. It went out the exit 2 hours later. 2 days later It’s still coming out. I can tell cause of the color. Smh. Poison.

You need to go here before it goes out of business! With $25 shakes that have fheir toppings smeared across the outside of a Mason jar that you'll throw away, it will only be a matter of time before you will be unable to taste their ridiculous concoctions made slowly in a cavernous retail space. This place will be lucky to last the length of its lease and then you'll be sorry you didn't take the money you could have spent on an entire dinner to eat pink marshmallows blended with oreos and gummy bears and cookie dough. If you're on a budget you can get the plain chocolate shake but you'll need to eat it in the dark corner since it doesn't have all the decorations of the other items. Also, that will be $10.

Came from NY with high expectations and was very disappointed with the lack of customer service. Nobody was able to answer my question about what flavor the miami vice was. And after waiting for a solid 5 mins i got tired of waiting for anyone to answer and walked out ? there was no line btw. The first guy was nice but new so he didn't know the flavors yet but I wish him well
