I ended up going to Ticos accidentally. The place in first floor was closed and the security guard told me to go to 7th floor to the cafe. I ended up falling in love with their pan con bistec and the wonderful lady who makes them with lots of potato sticks and love. The owner rings you up and is very nice. The place is very clean too. I'll be coming back at least once a week for that sandwich.

The breakfast was delicious. The grits and cornbeef hash tastes just like my granddad's cooking. :') The meals are affordable and nutritious.There's also a weekly meal plan/canteen. It's affordable and you can pick from a soda or water with you meal.Tico is the best.
