Highly disappointed with the service at Cao. I've noticed there are some specific women who work here that not only don't understand English but are RUDE if you don't speak Spanish as well. The faces they make and their attitudes when they take my order is baffling and nasty. It almost makes me feel ashamed for speaking English? (Which is basically discriminatory in nature.) Like I can completely understanding if English is not your first language, but to be rude about it to the customer? To give them a dirty look when you realise they don't speak Spanish? That's just disgusting.ALSO, seeing a lot of the reviews here it seems that this specific Cao location has NOT addressed these issues whatsoever as other customers have complained of the staff being rude. Seriously? I'm not sure if I should get in contact with higher management because this needs to be fixed. How do they expect to garner a larger customer base when their own workers act this way? Truly disappointed in not only the workers who work here but also the management who fail to fix what's wrong with this specific location even though customers have stated their own experiences. They give a response apologizing to the others who've reviewed but fail to do absolutely anything about their rude staff.

They are very rude here.they don't make anyone feel comfortable Some workers barely speak English. When you order from uber eats they always forget something and you're always stuck having to get a refund.

Perfect service. But expensive. The fruit tartlet was frozen, I had to wait about 2 hours for it to defrost.

Born and raised in Miami, I grew up on Cuban coffee, but never has a coffee affected me like this one. Is cocaine an ingredient?? Me and my coworkers all had the same effect, coffee runs through you, and had us with hot flashes. It felt like we were tweaking all day ?

Very terrible service on two occasions. Unless you speak Spanish they will not understand you. The girl at the register did not understand anything I said and ordered me two meals and charged for both when I asked for one. I tried my best to convey myself. She was not apologetic about mistake. In fact she was very rude. This is my second time coming to this location and being treated poorly for not speaking Spanish. Plus the food is very bland and nothing special. I only went to Cao because its near my car dealership. Never again.

I love this place. It has all my favorite Cuban pastries. So far so good. Just one thing, last time I was visiting. They did not have Hatuey malt. But I will recommend it.

I had a frustrating experience trying to buy coffee at this place. The staff appeared overwhelmed, no one was available to take orders, and despite my efforts to inquire, they were unresponsive. When I finally asked to place my order, a staff member with limited English proficiency explained a confusing ticket system. The service was not only unsatisfactory but also very rude. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment—it felt like a complete waste of time.

Your ticket system is flawed, why would you put a ticket roll behind the view of the entrance? You walk in and if you dont see the ticket machine then you just sit there waiting like an idiot and no one will explain until you been there 10 mins

This bakery is located in the heart of North Miami Beach. It was originally called Vicky's bakery. Especializes in Cuban pastries. You can find steak sandwiches, Cuban sandwiches, and Cuban pastries. They also offer fresh squeeze juices and lots of different cakes and other desserts. The popularity of this bakery can cause you to have a long wait. The ladies who work there mostly speak Spanish. This can be an issue for non Spanish speaking people who truly do not speak any Spanish. The parking lot is also an issue. There's limited space. It is also a small space. They are up to date and offer online ordering to reduce your time in line. You can also use one of the other food delivery entities to order your food.

I always visit this place and we love it. We are a big family and almost all of us like it... but the employee Yudi who works the shift on Sunday, February 18 at 6.20 pm has super bad service and bad treatment. The clients are horrible, I didn't leave them a tip for their bad treatment and I threw away the receipt employees like those are the ones that take away the clientele from the business…..
