We sat for 20 minutes before the Unpleasant Waiter brought us a Menu and Greeted us.We sat 30 minutes waiting for them to Open and was told; You can't Sit in here unless you Order Food.We ordered a beer Each and told the Waiter; We wanted a Beer First, then would I would Order to Eat.I asked Twice for a Menu and He Ignored me.We decided to Pay for our Beers and Go Down to Margaritaville instead to have my Meal..What an Uncomfortable Feeling and we Felt Looked Down upon. That Waiter was the Worst I have Ever Experienced...

On Friday the 23rd in the morning I was at the restaurant and I would like to emphasize that the service was great and the food spectacular. I would like to thank Chef Rene, he helped me a lot to choose the best option since I was a little undecided and he even helped me and my husband get to our flight check-in faster. Thank you very much Rene, we are very grateful.

Can't comment on the food or drinks as I never got served. Walked in mid afternoon to a nearly empty restaurant and sat at the bar. The bartender gave us a menu and walked away. Waited nearly twenty minutes for the bartender to come back, which he did only after we asked him if we could order, to which he yelled "What do you want!". We waited a couple more minutes for him to finish loading the dishwasher, and finally placed an order. He then grabbed a bottle of wine from the bar, and left again without making our drinks. 25 minutes since arriving, we left. Avoid this place at all costs, which is sad as the views of the airport are great and with an iota of service might be a good spot.

Very good food and convenient dining at MIA. Located on the 7th floor, far away from the crowd and airport craziness. We ordered guacamole with chips for appetizers, cheeseburger, caesar salad with grilled chicken and a filet. Food was fresh and delicious, a bit expensive (normal for airport) , thats why I gave 4 stars. Great option for airport.

We had great service from Jean Pierre and great food here tonight. We split a HUGE delicious spinach salad, then had chicken parm and lasagna, both were yummy!

THE best VIP experience at MIA!! Come on up to the 7th floor of the hotel for comfy chairs, phenomenal coffee and have Carlos make you one of the best old fashioned cocktails I've EVER had. Also a GREAT views of the tarmac and entire airport!! The Manager (John) is a great guy too! He recommended that we come up here when he heard we would be here a while & I'm so glad he did. :) I'll be back here next time I'm @ MIA - count on it!!

This place is a hidden gem in the way of being away from the madness of the terminal areas. Seventh floor safe haven. Good music. Tables spread out. They dont have beef stroganoff on menu. A number of reviews are outdated on menu options. We had the burger. It was ok. Lots of fries. Well done was still pinkish so be aware

Honestly, no one goes to the airport to eat. But- if you're here- I recommend this place. Great views, spacious, quiet- all the things that you don't get in most places in the airport. It's hard to find- you go above the hotel that's in the airport. The food is pretty good- and reasonably priced considering where it is. I had the charcuterie platter (for two) as I had a very long wait before my trip overseas. Very filling and satisfying. The drinks were good as well- expertly crafted mohito. The service was not the fastest, but very pleasant and non-intrusive, allowing me to get some work done while I waited.

Delicious!! Had the Mahi Mahi, the Chicken Parm (was nice and crispy and the cheese was ooey gooey), the key lime pie (delicious and tart) and the flan (tasted like a true Latino made it!). So good!!!! Staff super friendly as well - had a great time! Thanks to Chef Rene and Cook Jorge, and our server Denise made our day with her sass and her jokes - loved her!

Not what I was expecting. The young lady server definitely looks overworked and not happy to be there. Never once did she smile. She also failed to mention when handling me the menu what food items weren’t available. The 4 cheese flat bread was the worst of its kind - a sauce base with cheese on top and soggy dough.

What an awful experience from the rudest server we have ever met in the US. We got there late (9:40pm) our friend’s plane being delayed. They told us we had to order quickly as the kitchen was closing at 10:00pm. Which was not a problem and all of us ordered Burgers (which were good). We did ask however if we had to leave the restaurant at 10:00 pm as in such case we would look for another place and they told we could eat after 10:00 pm. Then our waiter was very unfriendly as for exemple on one plate mayonnaise was missing, he said to take the one from someone else’s plate, and upset we such an attitude U had to get up to go to him at the bar to ask for mayonnaise. Which of course he gave me. Then he came with the check just past 10:00 while we were still eating to ask for payment. Gratuity was of course automatically included. We paid but then that waiter who had been rude all the way got even worse. Our friend. a 70 yrs old gentleman asked where was the restroom? The rude waiter answered: “Can’t you see them there? They’re looking at you”.We didn’t argue as we didn’t want to spoil our friendly reunion.

We had a long layover and decided to give it a try. The room itself was pleasant and the background music was a nice respite from the chaotic noise of the airport. Unfortunately, everything else was terrible. Despite the place being nearly empty, our waitress appeared put out to even interact with us. We ordered drinks, caesar salad and artichoke dip. It was worse than school cafeteria food. Limp iceberg lettuce, microwaved dip with cold canned parmesan dumped on top. We were so disappointed. Not "farm to table". More like gas station cuisine...for $100.
