The food is so yummy but the staff are unpredictable!!!! the first time I ate here the staff was super rude -- messed up my order and tried to blame it on me. Felt very rushed and antagonized :(I went back because their mac and cheese was spectacular and the staff was MUCH friendlier. Lovely service the second time around.

Coming back from an island vacation work always awaits you. As a frequent flier I am used to the time consuming layovers. The 1st thing on my mind is an ice cold beer and some wifi. This time around the food court caught my attention and pizza always accompanies beer so well. The Villa fresh Italian Kitchen had both of those options for me including food court seating to get some work done. Deep dish meat lovers, Cesar salad, and an additional beer of choice! With a total of $21 and some change. What a deal! Sitting next to friends enjoying this meal 5 minutes in I was approached by the cashier, me thinking she was going to ask how my food was. Which I would have responded with a "Everything is perfect" First thing she said was "You didn't pay for your food" My regret was not asking for a receipt. I gave her $25 and the rest I put in the tip jar. She didn't believe me and I had no way to prove it. She walked away after I told her how much I gave her. At the end of the day, I enjoyed a good pizza and good beer. The system they had for ordering and paying should be a little more organized. Then again, you really can't mess up a beer and pizza when you are really hungry. Try out the deep dish, ask for receipt!

Worst place ever!!!! Uncooked food, super greesy pizzas and watery sodas. When you tell them, the costumer service is the worse with no replacement of food!!!! And also very pricey for the quality.
