The pizza wasn’t actually that bad, but the help at the counter was atrocious. Stood waiting for one of the five people behind the counter to stop talking to each other and acknowledge me long enough to take my order. When they finally did, it was like I was bothering them. Should have just walked away, especially once I saw the price (which wasn’t posted anyplace). What a trap.

I always thought Sbarro was bad until I tried this place. The attitude of the people is just horrendous. They should get a job where they can feel happier. The food was nasty and there were fruit flies. Paying almost $36 for this hurts. I do not recommend.

I'm not exactly sure if the counter I bought from also belongs to Villa Italian a Kitchen or they've sublet half of the store to another company. But I am writing in reference to the counter opposite from where pizza is sold. The food that was available was all stored prepacked in the fridge next to the counter at airport exorbitant prices for subpar food and quality.Customer service was average to below average with what seemed like passive aggressive service. One moment there were smiles, and what felt like friendliness, and the next glares were received. It happened to the customer before me and then to me.The atmosphere of the place wasn't very comfortable or clean. The minimum was done to keep the place welcoming and clean.

Very bad pizza and they wanted to charge me a higher price than stated. I do not recommend.

Unfortunately I ordered looking at the food photos of the place instead of the reviews. The spaghetti with meatballs I ordered was super bland.

Truly the worst pizza I’ve ever tried in my life.Uncooked toppings, cardboard dough, zero sauce.

I don't write 1 star reviews often but this is a rare exception. The quality of food is terrible, the grease will leave you feeling at least 10 lbs heavier. Additionally it was obvious the staff had no idea how to properly operate their facilities or communicate with eachother to make orders timely and coherent. For how much you have to pay, you're better off at Wendy's or subway because at least you know what you're getting into. Avoid if possible, there are other places in D wing to get a slice of pizza.

The location in Aventura mall in Florida is the worse. Paid almost $40 for a whole pizza, 2 fountain drinks and 1 Stromboli. That was way over priced to begin with. Then not only that but then the worker was putting glass of soda bottles away and dropped one next to my son's foot cause for his brand new shoes to get soiled. Not even a discount. But what topped the cake it was when I asked for a refill and they said it was $1.25 for refill when it should've been free. Wow! Very bad experience. Daniela did a horrible job with customer service. Then she got the nerve to grin when I said "WOW, not even a free refill for the inconvenience of soiling his shoes. I did a review on Google as well. Not good.

Pizza taste like garbage. I don’t expect much from airport food but this was terrible.

Pizza looked and tasted like it had set out for and hour or two. Lettuce on salad was brown. Took forever to get order. Many employees standing around playing on their phones. Food tasted par at best. Would not ever eat there again.

Meatballs and pizza are absolutely nasty, couldn't eat. The meatballs tasted spoiled. They microwaved the meatballs but staff said their food is fresh.

It's a quick pizza spot before hopping on a jet. Staff was nice and fast. Pizza is the most fresh item there. The pasta looks like it sits out for too long. Over all ok pizza

This pizza was disgusting! If you have time, try something else... ANYTHING else!

Imagine you’re in your early twenties, partying hard. It’s 10pm, MAN we should order pizza! You order it, it’s alright but then everyone passes out and you leave it on the counter. The next morning comes, you’re hungry. You look at the pizza, you know you shouldn’t but you do it anyway. Throw it in the microwave and down the hatch it goes, it’s not great but it fills the void. This is exactly what villa pizza is like (the morning after leftover pizza) then it is thrown in some oven in a halfhearted attempt to warm it up. It is the absolute worst slice of pizza I have ever encountered. Beware!
