Food was good but the lady didn't give me napkins and ketchup and salt I asked for and then wondered why I was still in my car waiting. ? The people working there need to work on listening to the customers and not rush them.
Maybe I picked a bad day but the service was horrible. Food was okay. They definitely needed a managers presence. Nobody working the counter. Had to take order on drive thru computer and they were slammed. Should have gone through drive thru instead

The truth is that I am very happy with Wendys in general since it has been improving to the point that I love it more than any other fast food place. In this Wendys on 162 and 88, there is very good service, everything is prepared on time and it looks very clean.
