There is an ad on Wendy's, place an order through the app and get a Dave single, okay, I came to ask the cashier about this. The cashier went outside, looked at her advertisement, said I don’t know what this is and left ????? But this is not the first time, Wendy’s very often gives promotions and the cashiers never know about it. You know, when I lived in Illinois I was a fan of your canteen, now in Miami it’s just terrible, this is the fourth time I’ve come here and the fourth time I’m disappointed in you, no one knows anything, they say I don’t know and that’s it, buy what we can sell ? ?? And also, why is there never Coca-Cola in the machine? No standard, no sugar free, no diet, no forfeits or other drinks either. It’s a shame that I’ll never come to you again, because apparently the management absolutely doesn’t care about the client.

I drove through for breakfast...the sausage and egg on the sandwich where almost frozen...I would never go this Wendy's is terrible .....The one in brickell has excellent service and food.. I tried calling that morning to let them know and no one answered the phone...

The 2 stars is for how clean and new it looks. Aside from that it boggles the mind at how an empty and fully staffed location seems to function so poorly. This review is not for one time in particular but for a good handful with in the past 6 months. There have been several times where they are out of item. Staff doesn't not seem to know what's going on. There is always a problem with the Wendys app. Food is ok but just feel like they don't have their $hit together in this location.

Super disappointing location they charge you extra and give you nothing I ordered a 7$ biggie bag and they have me a regular 1 stack burger and didn’t even give me my nuggets I had to ask them like 2 times to change my order and they are disrespectful get mad like it’s not even my fault you can’t make a order

Depending on when you stop by language might be an issue if you don't speak Spanish, but the food at this particular location is better than most others I've been to.
I have list of places where drive-through waiting time at night is just too long ? to wait.30 minutes at around 11:00 P.M.,,Not good when you just go home after the night shift.Well ! No more Wendy's after dark.UPDATE AUG 19 2023.Decided to try my luck again!Not a good idea!The chili was under cooked! Crunchy beans, yummy! And old stale crackers for dinner, awesome!Wendy's used to be awesome when it came to fresh food, not anymore. No quality control anymore. Wait time is horrible and the way they handle the drive through at night is weird. They don't answer for a long time. They seem to be frustrated and nervous in their.Here's my advice to Wendy's. Don't do the night shift! You don't know what your doing at all! Your destroying the Wendy's brand like this! Their is a huge difference between the day shift and the night shift.

The workers which are teenage kids leave me waiting for more than 30 minutes for my order. I tried to order from the app so it’s quicker for me to pick up but guess what?? The orders are not even made. I am honestly so upset with the service and their time management. Unfortunately only things get done when a manager is around ?
