Whisk started out as a southern restaurant, but although they still have fried green tomatoes and cornbread, there's not a lot else that is southern. They were five in our party with all three ladies, making the Panko fried Conch their main meal. It was a lot of conch for $17 , but sadly, most of it was too tough to eat and all three of us had to spit out chunks. The coleslaw that we ordered to come with it was good. One Of the guys had meatloaf, which at $32 was a hefty price, but there was a lot of food. Another had a vegetarian bowl which was really small. . The brussels sprouts that we had as an additional appetizer were delicious and a lot. The restaurant is small so it tends to be noisy. The waiter was funny, but sadly disappeared and we repeatedly had to get other people to get him to come to the table. Perhaps they were short of help.. Overall, I thought it was a bit overpriced, sadly, no longer really southern and the food was not what it once was.

The chicken sandwich was very salted, and there was lots of mayo on the bread. The chicken breast wasn’t cooked enough as it was pink and raw.

What a wonderful find...drove from Fort Lauderdale and we very happy with the food service. Your surprise when you pull your small place behind the main street sign at night hard to see! But very happy we all went!!

First visit and I will return but to sit in the bar area. We were seated at a single table in an open space that appeared more a transition area than a restaurant. Nevertheless the service and food were both wonderful. The food was fresh and tasty and nice portion sizes. Our server was kind and courteous and helpful with our selections. Overall I am a fan of Whisk.

Service was poor. Food was decent and fresh. But the service needs serious work.We arrived, sat outside, and waited quite a while for a server to show. The restaurant did not seem too busy as we arrived pretty early for dinner. We ordered our meal, waited a normal amount of time for it to arrive, and the server brings out a bowl of soup and a shrimp salad that we did not order at all. The server seemed confused (it was not the one who took our order) and then realized it was for a different table. The people at that table called him over and he served it to him. Next, our food arrived and was decent and fresh. It wasn't something that was truly "wow" enough that I would want to go back, but it was a nice meal and well prepared.But then the bill came. My wife was about to pay it and took out her credit card. I happened to look over and saw the amount seemed way too high for what we ordered. I then looked at it carefully, and found that THEY HAD BILLED US FOR THE SOUP AND SALAD WE DID NOT ORDER. I had to go inside the building, find a server, and make notes on the bill for the items we had not ordered. He actually seemed to doubt me when I told him about it. I honestly think he felt I was lying or something.They came out and adjusted the bill but we did not get an apology at all. This was an egregious error--one that would have been incredibly easy to overlook--and they did not find a way to apologize.Summary: they did not have attention to detail for our visit. I would not go back and I would recommend that you carefully scan your bill for erroneous charges if you choose to dine here.

Girls night out to celebrate the Holidays. Drinks were fantastic, we had cosmopolitan. Dinner was delicious! Our server was great and funny as well. Instead of dessert we had Coquito! Yummm

What a great find! Excellent service, love the ambiance and had the best comfort food dinner. Fried chicken that was moist and full of flavor on top of yummy mashed potatoes. Followed by a skillet chocolate chip cookie. Delicious! Will definitely be back. 100% recommend!

This place is amazing!! They have an amazing brunch but their dinner is delicious. We’ve even gotten catering for my bday dinner at home and it was incredible. I now have requested their chocolate butter cake every year - it is the most delicious cake I’ve ever had.Staff is super nice and welcoming. I love this place so much I take all visitors to eat there. Thank you Whisk!!
