NEARLY 100$ ORDER and get home and it's completely wrong..It's not rocket science yet it seems to be near impossible to receive the food you order..CHECK EVERY BAG AND EVERY CONTAINER BEFORE YOU LEAVE ..

Wife stopped and got takeout. Have eaten KFC for a long time. This is by far the worst KFC we have ever eaten. Colonel Sanders didn't make it this way. Everything tasted weird. The chicken while juicy had a funky taste. The slaw and the potatoes and gravy. Hoping it's just this location, we won't go here again!

Just ran through the drive thru to grab a couple of pieces of chicken for dinner. The chicken was good, and the service was fast. The price tag on the order was a bit of a surprise.... more than I expected. This will be limited to a every once in a while thing, but it was delish!

Went to the drive thru and ordered a 8 piece wing combo. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Wings were crispy and juicy. Fries were great.

asked for fresh dropped chicken and the cook started cussing and flipped out. tried asking for a manager and Noone wanted to say anything then walks out a kid with hockey's all over his neck arguing back about we don't do fresh dropped we sell what is there first as he was told every kfc or Popeyes has always cooked fresh chicken while he also took up for the foul mouthed employee cussing carrying on still about cooking fresh chicken. he said walk around and look at the time on the cooker as it will show you the chicken already out is fresh when I told him I don't want that I want fresh dropped now as he then started running his mouth. I asked for a regional or his bosses number he said call 1800kfc...while I walked out. this place is a filthy place and the service is and always has been disgusting! Rebecca Cacchioli I suggest you get off your butt and make your rounds and get rid of the filth in that store even if you have to work it and get it cleaned up! I wont return. I will however wait for you to contact me over your disgusting employees and establishment.

The reason for this rating is because my husband and I went into this location,it was dirty smell of old greas,look as though knowone ever cleans the kitchen area tables filthy and we stood waiting for someone to come to the front so we could order but they didn't come gave me more of an opportunity to check out this place we after seeing the mess it was in left never to return again, we did not order there was no order taker at the counters,

I went to the middleburg location. My ticket number was #1448. I was initially impressed with how quickly my order was ready. But when I got home, and the chicken was horrible. It was boney and the chicken, even the breast tasted like jerky in texture. The breast meat was a strange grayish color. We were missing the fries with the nugget meal. The biscuits lacked the flaky crust on the top. It was overall a very disappointing experience. This is definitely not the service and quality we are accustomed to eating when we get chicken at Kfc. My husband barely ate, I then said something about the disappointing quality of the food. My husband said I thought the same, but I didn't want to be upset you spent so much on dinner and it was terrible. I can only surmise the food had been sitting out along time, or possibly cooked several times to reheat the product. It was so dry and disgusting.
Can't go wrong with KFC.
