After waiting at the drive-through for several minutes with no response, drove to the window where they refused to serve me. This is 2 o’clock in the afternoon with no one in the store. Said they guess the drive-through is closed. Apparently this is a common issue as I’m seeing other reviews. The management for this place really needs to think long and hard about the people they have on their staff and their absolute refusal to provide customer service. Upon previous experiences at this drive-through, the lady that was serving me was very rude as well. If they continue like this, they won’t have to worry about it. They won’t be able to keep the lights on. Definitely will never see another dime of my money.

Ordered, was directed where to park, then after 10 minutes had to go in to get the food. Girl then said "We were looking for you" to which I said "I parked in front of the window, where you told me to." The manager was very apoligetic.

I wish there was a zero star rating after waiting at the speaker seeing the employees inside yes it was 830 but they don't close til 10 they were clearly still open no one came to the speaker or anything and were still sitting at the table when we drove around. Other times when I've gone I've always had to wait they always say 5 to 10 min usually 40 min. I really don't know how they stay open. They need to do better or I'm sure after reading other reviews for the clay county one they will end up being shut down.

If I could have given the service at the Middleburg, Florida location minus 5 stars I would have. My grandson ordered 2 sandwiches , mashed potatoes and a drink online. It TOOK over 40 minutes once I got there to get the order!!!!!!!! I didn't see anyone who even resembled a manager and it was like they had no clue what needed to be done. Customers were leaving without orders and people were waiting and waiting. One man cussed them out because they were screwing things up. This is no way to run a business and I will never ever go to Popeyes again for anything.

I don’t usually do reviews, but…. Just got home with my drive thru order. Girl working window was rude and couldn’t smile to save her soul. My order was correct except there was no biscuit, utensils or napkins with my order. For $13 for 3 pieces of chicken, I would have liked to have gotten all of it. Also, they had no Dr Pepper or coke.
