This resturant does not represent the rest of the salsa resturants that I have been to.Customer service was poor. It took forever to get a waiter, then when he brought the food was cold. Food had too much onions.It might have been this night,but, it felt like the workers did not want to be there and it showed. Others customers were also complaining.Management need to address this. This was on Friday March 8 2024.

gave us the total wrong time on our order waited 45 min in our car for the meals to be done we got home with it and were missing half of our order the people on the phone were very rude and did not want to compensate us in any way will not be returning to this

They are rude, they had poor customer service, we ordered from there. They messed up on half of our order and we didn’t receive some of our items. We tried seeing if they can make it right they wouldn’t answer any of our calls or they would answer and hang up when we finally got a hold of somebody, she said, the only thing she could do is we’d have to drive all the way back up there with the food but it took us 40 minutes to even get a hold of somebody and we live 40 minutes away. Would highly recommend never ordering from them or giving them any type of service because they don’t know how to make it right when they mess up.

Came in for a couple of margaritas. Bartender made sure she loaded the dishwasher and get the guy in the corner his drink, before even asking if we wanted anything. We ordered. Then we had to wait until the chit-chat with the guy in the corner and with another waiter was complete before she wandered over to the pre-mixed and got ours. She really was just concerned with her side work and the guy she kept giving margaritas to in the corner. Noticed we weren’t the only ones she really didn’t feel like taking care of. This Salas is the worst for service and food quality. Every time we say lets just stop in a give it another go, we get reminded why we go to the one on College and 220.
