The food is hit and miss, meaning sometimes the fish is cooked perfectly and other times the batter is caked on and really soft and gooey. Today I complained about the nasty fish I got several nights ago and they made sure to cook my fish properly, however they also put cold and old fries in my to-go box with my freshly cooked fish. Very disappointing

The food here is good although it could use a remodel. Last time i was in this resturaunt there were leaks from the roof and worn down although in the afternoon during sunset the sun shines through the windows and it is pretty. The service is alright and you get your food within 5-15+ minutes of ordering depending on the size of your order.Vegetarian options: The best your ganna get being vegetarian here is coleslaw and im not a vegetarian so even that could have non vegan ingredients in it.Dietary restrictions: Alot of the food here is deep fried expect Oily fried Foods Such as Fish/crab and friesParking: Theres usually alot of free parking as people dont eat inside often. if this place gets remodeled then there may be less parking though.Kid-friendliness: theres no reason it wouldnt be kid friendly here.Wheelchair accessibility: I dont use a wheelchair and personally dont know anyone who does but this place looks like it could be navigated by someone in a wheelchair.

We went in today for lunch.1 cashier working only saw 1 cook .. time a little after 12. Restaurant quite busy...cashier did a great job handling both drive thru and front...order taken quickly ...food served quickly ...everything was fresh and hot food was hot ...Cole slow was cool...like it's suppose to be...sweet tea very good...very good service....Restaurant very clean...we will eat here again...gold star ?

I have had not eaten Captain Ds in over 20 years. I tried on Sunday dec 17th 2023 and was disappointed in the food. The fires, shrimp, fish and Cole slaw. A Big NO.
