I order from this store a few times a month and there has only been one instance I can recall early when they first opened where my pizza was made with the seasoned crust when I had ordered without and they caught the mistake before it even made it to me and they remade it on the spot and let me keep the original pizza as well. Great store, great customer service, and I continue to be satisfied with choosing this store over the 4 other pizza places in town.

Very bad with communicating about jobs... almost seems like they avoid hiring black people.Constantly post that they need drivers but then say that they are too busy to talk no matter what time you call. Hopefully someone else will have a better chance

You might want to talk with your delivery employees about running the 4-way stop sign on Old bagdad rd and Parkmore Plaza this evening. The guy didn't even stop. I was at the stop sign before him and he just went on thru didn't even check up. It was either a blue or grey car.

This the best dominos I’ve ever been to friendly staff they even gave my dogs
Second time if not the third as I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I order delivery. They take my money. I wait over an hour when it states 40 minutes. Call for them to say just went in oven but the clock states on their app in the neighborhood. They don't offer a refund. They don't apologize. They matter in fact get a Valley attitude towards the customer.This is very unsatisfied customer service provided to this community and this needs fixed. I will no longer order from Domino's going forward.

I've lived in Milton for about 2 years now and I have to say these guys know how to make and deliver pizza! Out of countless orders they have provided only ONE was wrong and it was actually just delivered to the wrong house and it was my fault not theirs. Wonderful team fixed my issue literally within minutes! Give them a raise!! All of them! Whatever you're paying is not enough and they deserve more pay for their tireless efforts.
