Pensacola has many Vietnamese restaurants, however, I’ve never seen one in food truck form. I was a little skeptical to how the quality would be, having been cooked in a truck. I can proudly say, as a Vietnamese person, this hit the spot. The portions were amazing, the nice cham was on point, and the flavor was on the money.They should be proud to be able to bring that flavor in such a compact kitchen.

I love them so much!! the owners are SO sweet and remember us when we order from them- they're so welcoming. They have the best spring rolls I've ever had and the portions are great. I love themm!!!!!!!!! I would buy from them everyday if I could- the food is always hot, well prepared, and well packaged. don't miss out on this if you're nearby. definitely my favorite food truck I've ever ordered from!! so underrated

Delicious food and great people! My girlfriend and I are vegan and after asking if they had any vegan options they offered to buy tofu so they could add more veggie options to the menu. Food tastes incredible

They were out of the beef lo mein (at 6pm) so I went with the chicken fried rice, which turned out to be pretty darn good. Friends also had high praise for the curry. So why not the best number of stars? It took FOREVER! And that's watching other people come and go with their food orders. I suppose if you order ahead of time, maybe it'll be a better experience for you.

Was getting gas and noticed this food truck and had to place an order for Spicy Beef Noodle and Spring Rolls and Iced Coffee. Very good! Plentiful. Clean. Polite. Will return! Allow 10 min for fresh food!
