We were driving to Florida from NC and decided to take a Dunkin break. The workers had a huge attitude even before we got our drinks. Very unapproachable. It smelled like pot in there.My friend asked for a chai latte, which is a tea. She gets it every day at her Dunkin. She brought it to the car, tasted it, and it was coffee when she went back to change it they told her chai is a coffee, not a tea and that they give coffee all the time and nobody complains. she asked for her money back, but the workers would not give it to her stating that the manager wasn’t there so they could not give a refund. She got a different drink all together.

I am 76 years old, not getting any younger, and have to now watch what I eat. I don"t eat sugary pastries and two much caffeine keeps my blood pressure too high.But Dunkin' always has the low sugar "old fashion donuts" and good tasting decaf coffee (black), although I sometimes buy caffinated. In other coffee shops I find the decalf coffee (black) usually tastes bitter and requires lots of artery-clogging cream to cut the bitterness! Starbucks regular coffee is a lot more bitter than DD coffee!This DD is connected to a gas station but the DD is quaint with some tables and chairs and large picture windows to look out of. A very relaxing no rush atmosphere.The staff are pleasant to talk to an will ask how my day is going. I like the no-rush friendly atmosphere!

So I walk in and the place smelled really clean which was nice. The two young ladies were so nice and patient with my order. By far one of my best Dunkin experiences, they were so funny and cheerful. Hard to find great service so this was cool. I didn’t catch their names but my receipt said Wenda. Thank you so much y’all!

I ordered a donut for my son and a coffee and bagel for my husband, on the app, and then stood in their lobby for FIFTEEN minutes waiting, asked twice for the order, which I finally got long after husband and son got bored and went to wait in the car. Friendly, but super inefficient.At other locations the app makes it faster and simpler...not this one. If you most come here, order at the counter.

The manager and the staff had black people waiting for more than 10 mins to please an order but when they left he immediately served a white lady! I just walked out that’s crazy! Look and see who says they this Dunkin’ and it will tell the story!!!! I had to post

The team here is truly special! During a road trip, we stopped to get donuts. I was moving too quickly and accidentally forgot my wallet! Once I realized, I called and they said they hadn’t found anything yet. The day after I got a call saying they found my wallet! I asked if they would mind holding on to it because I would be back in the area the following week! Today I stopped by to grab a few more donuts and my wallet and they were just so kind! I’m so sorry I didn’t get their name, but she told me how happy she was that they found it and were able to hold on to it for me! I tried to give a tip as just a thank you for finding it, letting me know, and holding on to it for me! But they refused!Overall, I am just so grateful and the team there is just so wonderful! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for your kindness!

I've recently become a regular at this location as I've been ordering breakfast from them every day for about 3 months straight. They know my name and are always kind to me. I placed a mobile order yesterday, Nov 6, 2023, and when I arrived, my food had not been made. They were out of croissants, so I opted for an English muffin.Today, when I placed my mobile order, I selected English muffin since they were out the day before. When I arrived to pick up my order, they greeted my very friendly and told me to have a good day with big smiles on their faces. When I made it to the office, I was surprised to not see an English muffin, but a CROISSANT!When I place my order, I always choose a croissant. To me, nothing compares to having a buttery, flaky croissant in the morning. They could have just made the order as I ordered it, but instead, they made the order how I usually order it since they received the croissants. My mind is completely blown by how thoughtful they are! Now it makes sense as to why they were smiling so hard! This definitely gave me a great start to my day. I absolutely love this location; the staff at this store are top notch!
