Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to the lady that works night shift. She has red hair tells everybody that it’s cash only Even if it’s only 11 o’clock at night I live less than a mile away from this McDonald’ This is happened multiple times and she’s extremely rude. I went there last night to only sit at the drive-through for over 10 minutes with not even an acknowledgment that we were in line And I’m not the only car that got out of line to leave so I left went to the one on Garden Street and had the best service ever! You seriously should reconsider having her as an employee. She’s dragging your company down.

We stopped to get ice cream and wanted hot fudge sundaes, but she said they couldn't make them then, but didn't say why, so we ordered a mcflurry and an ice cream cone. She collected my money and then took another order for food from another customer and then disappeared. I saw my order on the monitor, but then it was gone. The other fellow got his food order before me as well as another door dash order went out, but nobody was making our ice cream or even looking at us. Finally, I asked another person if they had forgotten our order and showed her my receipt. She apologized and made the order. I never did see the original girl, so I don't know what happened, but there was definitely a lack of leadership that night

The food ... getting bad. Got the Big Mac and a filled combo meals. Big Mac, the meat is smaller and seems thinner. I had WAY TOO much bun for what it was. The Filler-O-Fish, was horrible. Dry, no taste and barely any tartar sauce. I have always been upset with the 1/3rd slice of cheese they put on it.

Ordered Breakfast through the Mobile app to pick up through the Drive thru. Upon pulling into the drive through was informed that the drive thru was closed that I would have to come into the store, My husband is a combat wounded veteran and we travel with a service animal, So coming into the restaurant makes things difficult. Thankfully he and I were travelling together so he didn't have to try and get out of the Vehicle and go into the restaurant with his Service Dog. I entered the restaurant and waited at the counter, I told the woman behind the counter that I was picking up a mobile order and was told the Drive thru was closed, she told me she couldn't pull up mobile orders from her register and had to go find the manager. After waiting about 10 minutes the manager finally came from the back, where she proceeded to tell me they couldn't pull up mobile orders, I asked her if I could just show her my order from my phone so they could make the order, as It's already been charged to my card and paid for, which she proceeded to tell me that she couldn't give my any food. So I asked for them to refund my money, at that point she told me that she couldn't refund my money. I asked her what the issue was the food is paid for, I can show you what my order is, and she just said We can't do that and walked away. So I left the location without food and no refund at this point
