I have tried this location a few times but the employees always have bad attitudes, the food is terrible (stale bagels, lack of cream cheese), and drinks are not made well. Won’t be back.

Went inside with my 6 year old, and South Park is on one of the tvs. Volume on high. It's a funny show, but putting a show rated 'mature' on in you lobby TV? Come on... employees laughed when my daughter asked if we could stay and watch the show. Obviously no one cares

They should have -5 stars! The service is the worst I have ever experienced. I set in the drive-thru for 15 minutes and watched 8 cars behind me pull off. I advise the franchise owner to visit the store before it closes down!!!!!When I finally made it to the window my entire order was wrong. I had to wait another 8 minutes! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

This place is a joke. We ordered a head and still had to wait 20 minutes for our food. The employees are rude, and there was some guy walking around itching his head and picking at his face on the line.. Will never order from here again.. ?
The customer service is so bad.they lie to you so they won’t have to make your order. How is that a store is out of butter for over 2 weeks ? When trying to support local business , but the owner has people who don’t care working there. They refuse to give owners information and when addressed, they don’t even wait until you get out the door and start talking about you smh so unprofessional. They need to revamp their staff who cares about customers and want to sell and service. Not someone who is going to want to be there for 8 hrs and do minimum. If this were my business I would want to know what is going on . Especially loyal customers being treated wrong. Not knowing there are plenty of other places I can go to and maybe will. New coffee shop opening real soon. Starbucks right up the street too … very disappointed …

Order is literally never right, I’ve been giving Uber eats hell cause the driver always shows up with what is seemingly someone else’s order or more than half of it missing. It is consistently awful. Save yourself the time and pass this location.

store looks abandoned. facade with burnt lighting. A cashier playing on his cell phone mistreated an elderly woman who had difficulty opening the door. Terrible attendance.
