Whoever tried to serve me a few minutes ago was the worst customer servicer I had in along time from a brach like this oneDietary restrictions: She did not want to give me the ingredience I ask for when asking several times. She had a major attitude!

This is the closest McDonald’s to my house but by far the worst I’ve ever been to. They always close an hour early and if you go anytime after 10pm you will be there several minutes before anyone even speaks to you on the drive thru speaker. Today I hold told after waiting several minutes that “we will take your order in a few minutes”… there were 2 cars in the drive thru. I’m assuming they just hope you will drive away and not order, this experience has happened to me several times. McDonald’s is known for making mistakes on orders but this place takes the cake. Just go to the one on 50 if you want to eat overpriced garbage, at least it will come with decent service there. I just wish something else was closer to my house that was open late when I get off work and am too tired to cook.

Fish sandwich was cooked correctly and the bun was steamed, Fries were OK but like most McDonalds they are not fully cooked I would have given the. A 5 Star rating but the fries dropped them down
This McDonalds 90% of the time get my order wrong. They always have plenty of staff in there and most of them are usually standing around, talking and telling others what to do instead of helping. The one on Hancock is much better.

Honestly not sure how these places survive with the prices especially compared to local better restaurants. None existent customer service. Food is like I’m eating toy food. Multiple times rewarmed “meat” and way way over salted fries. Please there are so many more restaurants near it that are better and cheaper. I see 0 reasons to eat at so called “fast food”.Also took a bite and send the whole meal to the trash. I don’t even think they’re trying to hide the amount of additives they pack jam into their “food” anymore.

Why bother having cash register at front. There is no cashier. They only want people in the drive through. Either way, make sure you have plenty of time. This is NOT fast food.
