Worst customer service possible! After paying and ordering some whipped cream, the boy informed him that he could just order it at the next window. I was surprised when they informed me at the other window that the manager Lakita had already said “several times” that they cannot give or sell!!!! They asked me to go to the third window to give me my order, and only then did they inform me that what I had ordered was not available in the store! I asked for my refund and left. The guy in the third window (Jorge) was the only one who was polite and friendly.

Guys, the reason why people get upset is when you get the orders wrong or don't know how to make things correctly. When a customer states no pickles, that means no pickles. Second when making a Mcflurry, don't just dump the oreos on top. That's just lazy! Some on the bottom, some in the middle and some on top, then mix!

Incomplete orders! This Mcdonald’s has no regards for people’s money. This was not the first time my order was incomplete but for sure will be the last time I purchase from here. If you want change, don’t purchase from this location anymore!
Ordered curbside pickup. After 20 minutes I was still waiting. Walked into the restaurant and got the feeling had I not done so I never would have gotten my food. Still had to wait 10 more minutes for the same type of food they were easily serving people who had just ordered. No apology. Worst McDonalds I've ever been to.

Our first time to this location and it was a wonderful experience! We have 10 kiddos and fast food restaurants rarely get our big orders correct! Not only was our order correct here but the staff was so kind and polite! The two ladies working the counter were the sweetest! We will definitely make sure to visit this location when we are nearby again! Thank you from a busy mama!
