I ate here today with my sisters brother, my husband, my great aunt, my cousin and his 4 friends. We came here after I went grocery shopping at Publix next door to get some things for the upcoming game. We got some pop at Publix and then picked up the pizza. It was fast and quick. Barely had to wait for the pizza which was great cause we came here after getting the groceries so I was worried about the stuff we got going back from sitting out. However, the pizza pickup was very fast, my cousin is the one that went inside to get it and he also said it was clean inside. Thanks so much for a fast and easy pickup!

I placed my order on the Papa Johns app and traveled 10 mins to the Minneola location to pick up my pizza and when I entered the store there was at least 6 employees working but not one would turn around to the front door and help me so I could get my pizza so I had to raise my voice and say can I get assistance? The man picked up my pizza and handed it to me and says to me " it's been ready" and I said yes I have been here trying to pick it up! I ordered a large cheese with EXTRA mushrooms and when I lifted the cover at home I couldn't believe how little mushrooms were placed on the pizza! . The store recently opened and we were excited to try it and unfortunately we will not be going back as the pizza was one level about little Caesars which isn't saying much !

SPOT ON ... WE've been going here since about the time they opened. We use the APP which make pickup times a walk in and out experience super easy.Without exception, and although everyone is busy working ... someone ALWAYS acknowleges every person who enters with maybe 30 seconds. I've NEVER noticed ANY rudeness, always polite.As for the acuracy of our orders ... all but once 100% perfect ... and they went over and above to make it right.Will we continue to go there ... ABSOLUTELY.As for those single star reviews ... my thought are ... likely competitors ... WE on the other hand ENJOY OUR PAPA JOHN'S.

I'm shocked at the 1 star reviews here. Since they've opened several months ago, we have had nothing but good experiences. There was 1 time when the pizza wasn't to our liking, but after reviewing it using their email survey link, they gave us a coupon for 2 free pizzas and apologized. All other times, the orders have been accurate.This location is so much better than the Clermont location on hwy 50. Plenty of parking and you are in and out in just a couple of minutes. The drive down Hancock is much better than driving down 50 for us.We always order through the web or app which gives you the ability to track when the order is ready. You can run into Publix next door and have your pizza ready to pick up within 10-15 minutes after you place your order.Everyone is always courteous here. Don't let the 1 star reviews scare you away. Decide for yourselves.

Ordered hot lemon pepper boneless wings, asked for more sauce or to put extra sauce on the wings (because they ALWAYS skimp on the sauce) and they refused. Well picked them up and what do you know, half of them have no sauce. Why be lazy and not make sure all the wings have sauce? Now I'm mad when I offered to pay for sauce on the side but couldn't so now I have tasteless wings. #thankyou

Absolutely disgusting! this is there new thing with the cool ranch Dorito. Last time I’m ordering from them last time we got pizza and it was terrible and manager was rude about it and they gave us wrong items on pizza and it was burnt. I said never again. We order from them at least twice a month and it’s been getting worse and worse tonight is the last time. Not wasting money on them! The new item is horrible it had one tiny piece of chicken and I actually took off the reins of the onion before taking photo big disgusting pieces of the outer onion. Could not even cut this with a pizza slicer it was so sponges think it was previously cooked then microwave……done! Never again. No use in complaining to them they just make your order worst the next time!

DISGUSTING!! They knew they were sending this garbage out to me and they still did because they don't care... Just soaking grease and oil I don't know if it's the cheap pepperoni or the cheap cheese and whoever tossed it doesn't know what they're doing because the middle was so thin it just soaked up all of the oil...You can see the pictures below it's like a wet floppy piece of bread with grease covering cheap cheese and pepperoni... I paid almost $25 to have this delivered to me just blew a quarter of $100And what am I going to do now call them back for what? A credit? I don't want to eat another one of these sloppy pizzas again I'll never ever come back to you Papa John's this is it I'm done with you guys

PLEASE DO NOT GET PIZZA FROM Papa John's MINNEOLA, LOCATION. I ordered an XL 5 Toppings Pizza. I did received 5 toppings, however, the toppings were sprinkled on the pizza. 5 Toppings would equal to 2 toppings at best. I called the store to complain, asked the male that answered the phone for his name, he said he is not comfortable giving me his name. So if you cannot give me your name, how can I be comfortable with him making my pizza? His comment to me 'we limit the amount of topping we put on a 5 toppings pizza'. If that's the case, put a notice on your site and in your store to let customers know... The pizza had very little cheese, pepperoni, chicken, bacon and pineapples... As Barry H said, it's like eating cardboard... NEVER AGAIN....

This has to be the worst pizza I've ever had . Ordered the xtra large my style pizza frozen pizza is better then this . There was hardly any cheese mostly sauce and it was 20$ Wht a rip off. I had indigestion all nite never again. Doesn't even deserve one star .
