Nice people, but they are always out of stuff, and they always seem to have a lame excuses as to why. I asked for a cookie and they said some guy buys out the inventory at 5am. I asked for a cookie at about 5 pm. That's a lot of time to make more cookies. It also seems that they don't like making certain drinks and find excuses to not make them. Today i asked for a white chocolate mocha. That's a signature drink of theirs and they said they didn't have the ingredients. That's the second time they used that excuse. There's no excuse to run out of that. So either the store poorly manages inventory, or their staff is lying to their customers. Either way I will not return and just go to another store.

Jahkai is simply the nicest person. I saw him great and treat everyone (including a 12 year old boy) with so much respect. I watched and heard him complement each customer on something different. He gave amazing recommendations and has an amazing attitude. Give him a raise if you haven't already Starbucks lol.

Coffee was ok,it was hot.Nothing special.wasnt offered condiments,had to go ask.No big deal about that, maybe I should order condiments when I order coffee.Have to learn the ropes I suppose.First trip to Starbucks for me.
