It's Taco Bell . Went to the one on Hwy 27 /Miniola. Taco Supreme. Warm meat that seeps through the taco shell . Cold lettuce & 3/4 little squares of soft tomato . Some sour cream. Not enough on the other & lastly one with too much sour cream. More ice than soda . All done with a nervous trainee. For some reason, the times I go, there's always training. I get the really nervous polite person.

Ordered 6 tacos and 2 grilled cheese burritos. They sent me it in a normal tortilla with no cheese and it was extra soggy. Could not recommend. And yall wouldder why Noone wants to pay you above minimum wage when you fail at the simplest task.

Great people, and service. Consistency is key, and unfortunately, this location doesn't always have it. Plus, what seems to be a high turnover rate as well may play into the inconsistencies. I hope they can get this figured out.
Everytime Ive ordered from here my food is always messed up in some way, whether it's missing parts of the food or just lacking what I actually ordered, an example is that I ordered three softshell tacos with light cheese and steak substitute and regular lettuce, when I went to eat it there was no lettuce

Stopped here on the way to Orlando the place was nice and clean, service was amazing, the food was just perfect ready within two minutes still hot and fresh. Would recommend if your hungry and headed this way.

Went back twice tonight--and that will be my last visit to this location. The first visit was when we went through the drive thru, waited about 10 minutes to get food, got all the way home and realized that we had the completely wrong order. (Our bad not to check.) Drove back and reported the issue. To their credit, they immediately offered to redo the order. 20 minutes later, I emerged short a soft taco supreme but at least the majority of the order was intact. The folks who work at the location are nice but they are understaffed and it's not worth the hassle.

So... I don't go to fast food places often, but this women who was working on Sunday 10/29 was incredibly sweet. Usually at fast foot restaurants you expect the workers to be tired , rude , snippy. This person was so polite !!! Thanked us for our order , when we pulled up she apologized for the delay (there was no delay) lol she was just the sweetest thing. And I have to say, the rice bean and cheese burrito and the chicken quesadilla was not that bad!! We were really hungry and they tasted fresh and decent. If you're in the area go to this Taco Bell:)
