Tried to go in for a quick snack with the family on a Saturday night and they had the doors locked 30 minutes before they even close. If you close at 8, then close at 8. Not 7:30.

Pretzels and service are great!*Only complaint is that it’s 97 outside / feels like 103 and the AC in the building was not working… Those poor employees!!! I hope they are getting paid extra or bonuses for showing up and STAYING to work in these crazy heat conditions.

Always on point and food is delicious. Make sure to order something that isn't made yet if you want it fresh or they will give you what's on display. Don't go later in the day as they will stop making stuff in order to sell what has already been made. Wish they had one closer.
Nearly $8 for a regular pretzel that was burnt on the bottom. There was only one pretzel in the entire case. Googled cost of auntie Anne's and nationwide it's typically $3.29. Not sure what's going on at this store, guess their rent is insanely high for them to charge what they do.

The store was still open and about to close. They WOULD NOT sell me fresh Pretzels because they said the old one's that had been sitting out for a while had to be sold first. That is not the way you treat a paying customer. I will not be back!!!
