Top notch ice cream . So many to choose from and you can mix your flavors . The employee was great as well ,a little shy but shared what there favorite flavor was ( Salted Caramel Blondie ) . I had a large so I included there favorite . It was a bit busy but they all worked fast with a smile and got everyone out . The music choice was good so you really could not till there was much of a wait . Tables outside to eat at along with inside tables . The selection of Tshirts and trinkets also cute . It was clean even the bathroom my number 1 thing I also look for when doing my reviews . Ben and Jerry's did not disappoint and this is my 3rd year back visiting from Kentucky . We have 3 more days here , I might go back every day .

This place charged me $14 for a bag of cookie dough bites which was called a box of cookies 12 count all bc they didn’t have a price and couldn’t find one for these cookie dough bites. They were on the phone calling managers and all kinds of things. Didn’t get my receipt either lucky for them but I’m not happy to pay $14 and be charged for a dozen of cookies when I got a bag of cookie dough bites. These things are literally $4-6 bucks at a grocery store and when I told them bc first they tried to charge me $31 for them they just stood there looking at me. So he adjusted the price when I said that’s absolutely not $31 for this small bag of cookie dough bites but bill was still $23. I had a small ice cream as well. Small ice cream and cookie dough bites are NOT $31 nor should it be $23. Ridiculous. Don’t go here. Nobody even cared either.

We were the only people in there and four workers appeared to care less that we were standing there waiting to place an order. They would not acknowledge we were there so we asked "can we order". The workers suddenly appeared to realize we were there. Ice cream was great as usual.

Employees had zero customer service …if you’re going to charge premium prices, employees should at least say hello and even speak to you …employees had zero personality and acted like they didn’t want to be there ..…ownership should be Mortified .. good ice cream though

Lines were pretty long later 8pm but they did a good job of getting your order quickly. The ice cream was delicious. It was so good we went back for a second knowing we would have to wait on line. SO worth it.
