The guy who helped us was so amazing it was 2 adults with my 2 kids and we were pretty indecisive. They answered our questions and was so helpful. They did forget my daughters donut but thankfully she was ok eating the others we picked. I can't seem to ever order my coffee right though so it wasn't the best. But that's completely on me

I hate to say this but this DD has under trained/poorly trained staff. I visited this location twice. The first time, I ordered stuffed bagel bites and the cream cheese inside of it was frozen. The employee clearly didn’t heat up my item. Second visit I ordered a caramel latte and the employee made me an unflavored latte with no sweetener. Whoever owns this franchise- wouldn’t be a bad idea to properly train employees before they run this place into the ground

As someone who works at a Starbucks, I expected better from a coffee shop- nevertheless one of our biggest competitors. We walked in and had to wait around 5 minutes for one of the not one, not two, but FIVE employees to wait on us. Mind you there was nobody in the drive-thru, and there was one mother/daughter in front of us in line who only ordered donuts. My sister and I ordered two iced coffees, mine has 1 pump more of vanilla but was MUCH darker than my sisters, whose tasted like straight creamer. We ordered hashbrowns and a breakfast empanada, and it took a solid 10 minutes after ordering to receive them. We had to ask an employee about their status because we assumed they had forgotten, but no. Upon taking them out of the packaging, the hashbrowns immediately fell apart and were visibly charred. The employees weren’t necessarily rude, but they treated every customer in the building (those who entered after us) as an inconvenience to them as they carried on their conversations. We would have asked for a refund, but that probably would have taken another 15 minutes that we didn’t have to spare. VERY disappointed, will continue going to Starbucks who makes customers a priority.

The workers were nice but the service was absolutely terrible. My friends and I waited 40 minutes for a few coffees and some breakfast food. All the workers are confused and very unorganized. I do not recommend going here.

Super sketchy. Placed order online for drive thru pickup. No response from intercom and no one at the drive thru window. Inside the employee was just chillin’ with another person. Greeted by employee with an angry stare and attitude of why am I here. I stated I placed an order on the app. She responded that she didn’t have it. There was an order ready that she handed to me. I took it without even checking it. I just wanted to get out of there. I wish I had checked it. The dozen donuts handed to me was not what I ordered. I’m a local and won’t be back.
