Excellent ice cream their was a little bit of a wait to get I'm but still worth it. Seating is very limited, hence why we had to sit on the stairs. Highly recommend, especially if you are going to just grab and go walk somewhere like the beach and eat your ice-cream.

I just left this place and i HAD to write a review. This was the best coustomer service i've ever had. I've never felt so much joy from a little shop. not to mention the ice cream was GREAT! i wish i had one of these places near my house. i'm in awe

The store itself was very attractive, and the service was good. My husband was hungry for a vanilla milkshake. I was going to get a scoop or two of ice cream in a cup, but I changed my mind when I saw the prices. His simple milkshake ended up being $14, and it was just okay. We were very disappointed. We have had much better ice cream for half the price.

$7.62 for a single scoop of chocolate ice cream in a dish. As I said wow really, the girl started telling me why it’s so special. It’s made with some special recipe on their dairy farm from Iowa, Ohio, Wisconsin somewhere. Blah Blah Blah. Mediocre ice cream at best. Nothing special and definitely not worth $7.62. a scoop. I live in the area now. And this will NOT be my ice cream spot.

Oh my, the fudge and Carmel apples are on point! Thanks for the sale and free apple. The gentleman was kind enough to show me how the fudge was made, how many apples they make a day and so much more yummy chocolate/candy/apples. Thank you also to the young lady that gave us crazy ladies fudge samples! Pardon the picture of the yummy apple(it's cut up). Keep up the good work!

Once we walked in the door, Peyton greeted us with a smile and offered a sample of freshly made fudge. He was very friendly, knowledgeable & made us feel very welcomed. We came in for ice cream & left with many more treats thanks to Peyton. We will be back!
Never again! A single scoop which I would not even call a big scoop. At best, a medium scoop at other establishments. And the "cream" in the chocolate chip cookie dough even tastes bland, more like ice milk. Total was $7.62!!!!!???? How? Why?

I've visited this location a few times, but have never enjoyed myself as much as I did recently (9/23). Our simple stop for chocolate turned into a sweet treat to our souls as well! Ms. Audrey provided excellent customer service and truly passed along positive, good energy! The candied apple I purchased was superb and the customer service was A+.

Wow! We had a great experience at Kilwins! Ice cream was delicious and there were so many other treats available. Our server was amazing and so easy to talk to! Two single scoop cones for $15, which is pricey, but we really enjoyed it!
