First, let me say the doughnuts are incredible. They are truly an indulgent treat. So good that on an extremely busy day, we waited in line. When we moved about halfway, we were told they were out, and it would be a 30-40 minute wait. They took our order and had us pay for it. We were sitting outside and watched new customers go in and start a new line. At the 30 minute or so mark I went in to see them take orders from several people waiting in line while those of us who waited the 30 minutes watched them get and pay for their doughnuts and walk out the door. Unless you're more patient than me, I recommend avoiding this place on high volume days.

What a cool little shop, so many different flavor combinations, i.e. turtle cheese cake, maple bacon, and custard filled cinnamon dusted. Would recommend if you have a sweet tooth and are in the area 10/10

Parlor donuts is amazing concept and the donuts are actually very good. This location is lacking service BIG time. They seem short staffed and don’t seem to have a solid management. Young lady working the counter today turned off the open sign at 1:20pm place closes at 2pm…I went to buy a latte after purchasing a dozen donuts and I was told the latte machine was already turned off… it was 1:30pm…Other customers came through the door looking as confused as we were because it’s hard to feel welcome when the 2 staff members don’t acknowledge you, meanwhile there’s no donuts in the cases. The young lady just sat in her phone.This would be a super solid business if management was present, and gave it some TLC…Happy to change to a 5 star if management turns the vibe and presentation around!

The food was good. The biscuits were tasty. The pricing was a bit higher than expected but in range of Waffle House. The wait staff was attentive.

I went in December 2023. It was a bit deceiving bc there were almost no donuts in the front case at all. I was going to leave but a couple of locals came in and ordered off the menu. The staff went to the back kitchen to make their donuts. I'm so glad that moment happened! Chris was working that day - very kind. I ordered raspberry pistachio and blueberry. Most of the flavors were unique. They were between three and four dollars each and huge. Honestly, two of the best donuts I've ever had. If you are in town, definitely do yourself a favor and go visit. If you don't see anything in the front cases order anyway !
