Never once left a review before on anything. But i had to after I grabbed my smoothie from the plastic Togo baggie around my smoothie then it dropped right on the street. They were so kind and remade it for me and it's delicious ?

Went there today for a smoothie this afternoon, and the employee recommended one for me after asking me what I like. She was very nice and made the best smoothie I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to go back again!

First time visiting this smoothie king and ordered a smoothie and a cup of water. After I got my drink I again asked for a cup of water and was told that “all cups are accounted for”. I needed the water for my one year old. This was either bad customer service or bad store policy. You should change this.

Customer Service does NOT exist in this Smoothie King. As I was in the drive through looking for something to eat, my window was up, the worker then stuck his hand out indicating to pull up to the window, as I pulled up he gave me the most snarkiest comment about how he was talking to me the entire time, when he finally gave me my smoothie it tasted so bad I threw up.

Each time we vacation at Miramar Beach this is our go to smoothie shop. A refreshing snack that is cold and tasty. However, what we thought was poor service we discovered was nothing more or less than the workers being foreign. Knowing cultural differences between us Americans and other people from different countries we aren’t upset about the language barriers or the lack of knowledge of the menu. We understand that this is not “back home” and we appreciate the store being here for us when we visit.

The customer service is terrible at this location, i have never had employees be so rude and as purposefully unhelpful than the employees here. I couldn’t remember the name of a smoothie and was trying to describe to the employee what was in it and he just said “i don’t know what that is” no other recommendations, very dissatisfied. I am a local and try very little to come to this location because i have never had a good experience the customer service needs a lot of work.

Terrible customer service experience today. I ordered a 20oz smoothie for my 8 year old and a 20oz smoothie for myself. My 3 year old didn't like either of the two measly options in the kids sizes, so he wanted to try mine. I'm getting a cold and didn't want to share my straw with him, so I asked for an extra cup. I was told they don't give away cups. Ok, no problem, I offered to pay for the extra cup. Was told they don't do that either. Ok fine, I get it. So I asked for a cup of water. They refused to give me even a cup of water, so we left and went elsewhere. Surely there could have been a solution to allow my 3 year old to have some of my smoothie without losing a customer? If this is "company policy", it is a terrible policy and needs to be reviewed.
I travel to FL every summer and pretty much go here everyday when I’m in FL. It is my favorite. I have tried so many different smoothies and all of them are amazing! Employees are great as well.
