What a joke, this place has declined and declined. I'd love to blame the staff, but they are just overworked, underpaid and under appreciated.Today I spent $9.90 on a horrible drink. Normally I would complain, but the barista who made it seemed absolutely miserable. I chose to use their online chat feature and that's even worse. Apparently they can't refund someone unless they use their loyalty app, but ultimately I should have pointed out the error to the barista so this was all my fault?Ask yourself why you're paying so much to stand in a filthy store, waiting to pay through the nose, then waiting for a piss poorly made drink from someone who wishes you weren't there.At least the prices at Dunkin Donuts reflects the experience.

One of the lower-end Starbucks I've been into. Front door is broken so slams open/shut (or just gets left open with 30 degree temps) with each customer. Staff seems oblivious to it and does nothing to improve it. A sign "Caution - door broken" would certainly help. Women's restroom door does not lock. If the owner can't afford to fix the door(s) at least put signs up letting people know. There are better coffee choices very close by.

Ordered a Tall Latte and this is what I got. Asked for whipped cream so they decided I didn’t need any coffee apparently. Opened it immediately without taking a sip because it felt like it was half full, I was right.

This location lectures me every time I order through the app and pull into the drive thru. They want me to give them “10 minutes” to make my drink. What is the difference in me placing my order 2 minutes before I arrive and coming into the drive thru or just placing my order at the drive through with no notice? It’s really annoying to be lectured for placing my order ahead of time. Also the time I placed my order 10 minutes in advance my drink was watery and the cold foam was gone. I asked them to remake it and they said it’s because it’s been sitting there. What do you people want?! Really annoying group of workers and drinks are inconsistent. Also don’t ever use this location during tourist times, you will wait 35 mins.
