Last night my buddies and I went here. Got some nachos, three large drinks, and a few burritos. They were a greedy on my nachos that I ordered. I ordered in the drive thru, and had to keep repeating myself to the person taking my order, overall the food was good and the service was awful.

Apparently how a drive thru works is a foreign concept. Pulled up to the box and was asked to wait, said ok no problem I understand places get busy however when they came back and I said I had a mobile order to pick up they asked me to pull up to the window where I was then asked to pull around up front and come inside (I had only ordered two soft tacos and two potato tacos so it wasn’t a massive order) I then pull around go inside even though the drive thru was completely empty besides me and there is hardly any customers inside I still had to wait about 10 minutes for my food. Not the first time this place has had terrible service and probably won’t be the last until they get some different staff members at this location.

We have gotten food poisoning twice really bad from here and saw rats coming out of the building.

This location states they are open 9am-11pm. We arrived at 10:30 and the doors were locked. The person inside signaled drive thru only. This location is horrible and needs to get their act together.

Had a really great experience here picking up dinner for a big crew tonight. The guy at the front went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service and he really made a positive impression on all of us. The kitchen crew got our large order exactly right. It was a breath of fresh air to get such good service there tonight.
