“At Moji's, the culinary experience is a sensory delight, showcasing exquisite dishes such as the savory egusi and fufu, succulent assorted meats stew, aromatic jollof rice, and delectable sweet plantains, all enhanced by a selection of refreshing beers. Although the setting may leave a bit to be desired, the combination of exceptional service and flavors promises a memorable dining adventure.“
“The manager or woman in charge was nice, welcoming, and attentive. She also has a sense of humor, which was nice. There was also a waitress... a Spanish-speaking somewhat elderly lady with big and seemingly FULL bewbs behind her snug shirt. At least size DD, I'm thinking. This has nothing to do with the food, but It was a nice aspect to the visit ?I ordered the okro soup (assorted meats) with pounded yam fufu, a bottle of palm wine, and Jamaican ginger beer. The meats in the soup had too many big bones, and the soup itself needed more Maggi, salt, and pepper. However they provided akabanga hot oil and salt, and I was happy. The fufu had a nice even consistency, not too hard and not too soft. The restaurant is in a convenient location, easily accessible via public transit and ride shares. The "store" part of the place also has a variety of random useful ingredients and products. If I ever revisit Miami, I'll be sure to dine AND shop at this restaurant again! ??Parking: If I'd driven here, I'd have no problem finding parking next to the restaurant or around the corner.Kid-friendliness: Not much space for kids to run around, but they shouldn't be running around anyway! The dining area also has a TV for entertainment.“
“a review from someone who has been wanting tô try fufu and egusi soup for so long; I drove almost 2 hours tô jollof pot tô try the fufu and egusi soup. overall, the place is very assimilated with the culture, of course it’s not a luxury restaurant, but it is a very comfortable spot and seems very cozy. The egusi soup and fufu was very flavorful and truly has its own spice and flavor tô it. It is a bit spicy but nothing too crazy. If you want tô experience something new and a housewarming introduction tô African culture, this is the place! Also very nice staff!“
